S.P. BLOG ..OUT OF CASH. CYAN… XXXX RNS… Down 17 % spread 14 % sj has a brown avata January 4th comment.

RNS today The directors have had a pay cut, and their shares payment (approx 1/3 of salary) is now contingent on the company getting £7m revenue this financial year. I’m assuming the company is under a bit of a cloud because of the situation with Iran, but possibly also because the jam tomorrow never comes … etc etc

SP Rise Although, to be fair (not usual policy on these boards I know), after a couple of days comparing with my Charles Stanley watchlist the price given actually seems to be the Bid price. Now they just have to sort out alerts for new postings in news and discussions.

SP Rise Agreed

SP Rise This is driving me mad. When did these halwits stop giving Bid/Offer prices? Combined with not providing news or discussion alerts it really does make the site a waste of time.

Probably burning cash for at least 12 months Prospects for the stock depend on two things: 1) cash, 2) everything else. There isn't a lot to say about 1), so it's reasonable that the annual report says much more about 2). About1):"The forecast contains certain assumptions, the most significant of which are the level and timing of sales and the gross margin on those sales, together with the ability to secure additional finance in order to fund working capital within the next 12 months. "I think the stock should be on investors' watch lists, if they aren't too risk-averse for it. If or when there's at least a positive cash flow from operations, or the firm expectation of it, then it will be time to seriously consider investing. I believe cash-burners are fundamentally different to other stocks, because sentiment is a big factor in their cost of raising capital.I hold a small amount of the stock, for these reasons - I bought it years ago, before I'd figured out how awful cash-burners usually are. The spread favours holding, and the charge for dealing would now be big compared to the value. In the unlikely event of the stock soaring due to a change in sentiment before the cash flow gets better, I'll have a gain (or a smaller loss), to compensate for missing out on the opportunity (the risk of waiting for less risk).

Re: Commode I have just read the company website and noted that it was awarded ISGF Innovation Award [link] reported on the 9th March. JC's comments were very interesting but the key point is that the award highlights the quality of the product to the whole of India. I was surprised that this was not on the HL website news section. Thought I should share this with everyone.section
