Re: Trading Update & Company Strengthened I said I wouldn't top up any further, but I couldn't resist it, I'll have to get another shed to put them all in!Having carefully reviewed the current situation, low share price and the latest trading update it doesn't now look like we will need to raise further funds. Revenue is starting to come in now and the order book rapidly increasing. The software revenues having no financial outlay help the cashflow enormously, and looks like these will increase rapidly, and they are repeating revenues so bodes well for the future. On top of the order book if we start to get progress on the UK smart meters £25m project (everyone in the UK is supposed to have one by 2020) we should be well and truly on the road to riches.
Trading Update & Company Strengthened Dear LTHs,I was very pleased to hear the broadcast this morning from John of the trading update the company has released today. John's voice is certainly confident and actually excited given the "frenetic" activity going on. I was particularly pleased when he mentioned that he is now expecting "some very substantial" new orders in the 2nd half of the year, given what has already arrived total some £21m on the books I can understand his positive tone.I firmly believe we really have turned the corner and if the model is well constructed the bottom line shall grow significantly from here on, John implies it shall.I await the next big PO's arrival soon and subsequent share price reaction.Regard
Re: Director Buys - Bet or Sure Thing? Dear Digger, thanks for your interesting 1st post here. I sincerely hope your estimates of revenue and profitability are near the mark. Like you I've been here a long time and trusted that Cronin would deliver on his plan, as he has done for others previously. I take his latest investment, along with the others, as a very strong signal he is on track and confident things are coming together very nicely. The communications world Cyan operates in is very conservative in terms of few overnight large scale moves but the combination of deals/partners/Connode/Cyan quality technology is gradually building up a head of steam that should prove very difficult to ignore.I look forward to further fresh POs arriving and crucially some further information on shipped volumes and the growth of the installed operational base. We are still being "trialled" in several major projects but the overall picture certainly looks much more robust than two years ago.Keep the trust in the technology and the sales plan folks.Regards,
Re: Director buys 13,333,333 shates Directors have been taking salaries in shares for simply ages, I don't think they would have kept on doing this for so long if they didn't really believe in the end success. This is the only thing that has kept me hanging in there all these years when the large sales have been so slow to materialise. It does look like we are finally turning the corner, but strangely the share price is as low as it's ever been, so probably now is the right time to buy, and I would top up if I didn't have a shed load already, although you do need to be brave (or have the directors inside knowledge) looking at the track record.
Director buys 13,333,333 shates Simon Smith, Non Executive Director, bought 13,333,333 shares.Let's hope that this might be a recurring event ...........
Re: Director Buys - Bet or Sure Thing? Nice start Digger, you are very welcome! I liked the conservative 'Hold' -- I should do more of that!
Tuesday morning News CFO Buys more shares bringing the value of his holding to £520,000 ..I am beginning to think we might be backing a winner.......
Director buys £43,000 for Cronin and £14,000 for the other guy, by my calculation. 0.12p -- nice price! And pretty big bets, even for the very wealthy!I was despondent, now not so sure.
Re: S.P. BLOG ..OUT OF CASH. Either way, looks like he's right. Something is a foot, and it doesn't feel nice at all.
Re: S.P. BLOG ..OUT OF CASH. lower since you can buy now 0.13 .Beaufort marked down to hold today ( - 5.5% ) " which to normal people means sell " says Nigel Somervile on share prophets. Wondered if he is Nigel the snake on acta
Yet another good order Jeez, what does it take? We gotta make a profit? Really?
Re: Ten Year Revenue Stream Becoming Riverli... Half of it is recurring revenue, so the other half might actually constitute cash flow. Maybe they can get away without another placing this year. hmm. Maybe ... delivery over 12 to 18 months. This seems to me the first clear cut full on mass market contract. They are not awarded to firms which are not going to be there for the long term. IMHO DYOR and tell us what you find.
Ten Year Revenue Stream Becoming Riverlike Dear LTH,Today's very welcome RNS detailing the significantly increased PO from our Bangladesh customer is a sizable boost to our growing business. This is a very clear sign of long term commitment with John's words clearly indicating the scale of further possible growth in this and the other related markets we have traction in.I look forward to a positive reaction from our growing number of investors.Regard

Re: S.P. BLOG ..OUT OF CASH. Growing a balance sheet normally sucks in cash. Cyan is showing signs of some traction - speedy traction would be nice, mel
