Re: death spiral How Cairn Financial Advisers, nominated adviser to Cloudtag can allow this farce to carry on is beyond me? FCA take a very dim view of NOMADS who don't verify the claims, being put out by its clients.Assuming L1 has already sold most of Cloudtag stock pre the loan note being announced, we should hear about how many it has converted very soon. And then it will start on Tranche 2, and then all those lovely warrants (all of which are risk free, as they can always issue them below the prevailing bid price), will be sold with no regards for the prevailing share price, as its just icing on the cake.Mega dilution!!And IF it does come up with a product, which is different to the millions already out there, it will be hopelessly expensive and cost MILLIONS to market. Enter L1 for tranche, 3,4,5...........Mega Mega dilution!!!!

Re: take Finally, its nominated adviser is doing its job! Perhaps the FCA has been in touch. The market is oversupplied with wareables - go onto a company called Gearbest. The market is being floaded with them. The premuim makers such as Apple and Fitbit are finding it tough, so what chance does Cloudtag have!I have no idea which way the share price will go in the very near term, but all i know the company it's worth £47m - the debt for equity loan notes will see to that. Easy money for them. Sell the shares ahead of the conversion, convert and close position. Then do it all over again. Cloudtag doesn't care as its got some overvalued paper (shares) and the nameless loan note holder has plenty of room to sell its shares.I've see exactly the same situation with Vast Resources and many others

Number of shares versus price Not many companies issue more shares and yet the price increases. How high do you think this one will go?

Re: What a lot of hot air! Short it then.... if you haven't already!

Re: What a lot of hot air! Add up the number of shares options and warrants (all in the money) and the fully diluted number of shares is nearly 500m, which equates to c£84m mkt cap for a company which currently has NOTHING. Always glad if people are making cash, but many are going to get burnt on this one

Re: What a lot of hot air! OK, I guess the partners they are talking to in the UK and USA are all insane as CTAG puts its house in order approaching launch day, all the business people I know have so much spare time that they all sign up to business deals and meetings that waste their time and money, not. The current facts say this product is going to market in large volumes, but what do I know, I'm insane. Good luck to all of us in the Asylum !
