Conversion more like 5th December... Total market abuse and share manipulation. Hiding material news. What a farce. The NOMAD should resign Monday morning. Talking about sleeping on the job or what, especially with such a dodgy client like this.How can they carry on acting for this client! If it comes back from suspension, the farce will just carry on with more PI's losing money. Remember Langbar and how long that farce was allowed to go on for. Millions was lost

countdown to an Xiaomi mi band I swear the pic on Cloudtags countdown looks exactly like my Xiaomi mi band, but the silver front is photoshop to look black.[link] cynical, odd the 9 days countdowns is just after the EGM. Keep the share price high so the retail punters give their proxy yes and support L1. ££ in the bank, big bonuses all round. The timing looks just weird.If it is true and it is a re-branded Xiaomi, sorry, a really new ground breaking ECG gadget, how long will it be before its just another gadget doomed to failure. With these blue sky punts, the travelling is better than the arrival. Hopefully open up a short tomorrow

Another Fab day for L1... Nearly a 60% 7day change, 40% due to a bear squeeze. Roll on 12th EGM and more dilution. Was even tempted to short at 12p. £43m mkt cap, based on a photoshop pic on website, some mock ups in a show and a CEO who lies. If we see the product, it will most probably be a re boxed Chinese item - many ECG products out there DYOR. Wish I'd thought up this money making racket

Fishing L1 Capital is playing a fishing game with private investors. Back off on the selling pressure, PI flood in and then back to business. How the NOMAD can carry taking money for this self confessed *** is beyond me, but hay ho seen it happen over and over again, last one being VAST Resources. It might be worth the bulls of this stock to look at other ECG wareables, plenty of them out there and not selling too well. The market is tiny and is aimed at the pros.

Christmas tree With the three month chart now beginning to look like a Christmas Tree, will 3-4p make it complete by the 24th December?L1 haven't even started selling the warrants and the original backers have fled, filling their pockets.

Re: Available products No. Its all a bit late for this Christmas tbh. They apparently have products plural according to the news feed and an arrangement with Cities to distribute into Retail and Etail but everyone is left guessing as to when that's likely to be. This will continue to drift until concrete news arrives.

Mega dilution brought forward L1 have brought forward the deal forward whilst there is liquidity in the stock or before the company is seen for what it really is .........

weird.... So it said it had a binding head or terms back in August, which is a legal agreement and now it has entered into another agreement with the same people again and worst terms. Was there ever a first agreement? And the timing of today's announcement after yesterdays falls. Pressure from L1 i suspect

Cairn Financial Advisers should resign Cloudtag NOMADS have allowed misleading information to be released into the market without it being verifying. How it can remain as its adviser is shocking

Re: take still time to take what profits you have, youll be convincing yourself at 4p that its oversold and will be back, youll then see 9p as a great get out price, why wait take it now, small profit or small loss is beter than whats coming.GLA
