Re: Qualcomm purchase? You have not mentioned the need for Regulators in several countries to agree the acquisition. This has been a very long process. Only one has yet to agree, the Chinese. I think CSR expect all conditions to be met by September this year.

I just looked at the doc. 78 pages....SLPART A: Conditions of the SchemeThe Acquisition is conditional upon the Scheme becoming unconditional and effective, subject to the Code, by nolater than 31 December 2015 or such later date (if any) as QGT and CSR may, with the consent of the Panel and (ifrequired) the Court, agree.1. Re: Qualcomm purchase? It seems a long time coming. I thought it was meant to be Jan of this year when it was announced originally. It feels like they've had a free option, see how the business goes for 18 months and then maybe buy it. Equally no one else appears to be interested. Quite tempted to sell in the market now. Aren't the shares trading at the offer price pretty much? Its so long ago I've forgotten!! I think it is £9. Does anyone know? and I suppose they could adjust it down? Thanks. SL

Re: Qualcomm purchase? I thought Q3 was the "expected" date subject to regulatory approvals. I expect there would be some commitment in the acceptance of the offer to prevent other bidders entering at this stage as both parties will have incurred significant costs now.

Re: Qualcomm purchase? Q3 is the date for completion that I last saw. I am wondering if there is any possibility of a counter-offer in the meantime. Iif there an irrevocable agreement in place, I expect the price would have been closer to £9 the past few months.

Qualcomm purchase? I'm guessing its completion is imminent as the price creeps towards the £9 price and the big boys have been looking at an easy 5% gain from the 850p mark?
