Supply-demand imbalance Good set of results. “The supply-demand imbalance in specialist supported accommodation continues to be severe and driven by strong demographic trends resulting in specialist supported living being one of fastest growing sub-sectors in healthcare real estate.”

8% discount CSH… XXXX looks an interesting income share 5% div . Fell to a low of 77p 14th June 2019 bounced to 87p now 84p .

8% discount Nice to see Investec Wealth & Investment Limited increase their holding. Still approx. 26% discount to NAV. Climbing slowly over the past few weeks

8% discount Good discount atm good luck

8% discount I haven’t looked at the notice @Rhino1958 I hold TRY, NRR, PCA, AGR & RGL, so LBOW felt like a more natural place to be. I’m keen to build up my holdings of debt and property from MY dividend stream to offset the start-up activity. Asset backed income and super high risk growth. Social housing has some appeal in that context. DL

8% discount Plus “Response to Encircle Housing Regulatory Announcement” appears OK

devonplay 10 Apr 2019

8% discount I had a look at this one. In the end I’ve decided on LBOW. I bought a small amount and will be adding on a reular basis. DL

8% discount Currently 19% discount!!. Maybe concerns on Brexit effect on property prices. Independent analysis today suggests nothing untoward. Bought twice over the past 19 days

Rhino1958 21 Mar 2019

8% discount On or around May 8, Civitas Social Housing will announce a quarterly dividend which it expects “will benefit from an upward adjustment to reflect inflation and the strength of the Company’s underlying cash flows”.

Rhino1958 19 Mar 2019

8% discount Civitas @ 8 % discount and yield approx. 4%. worth considering. Providing a much needed asset which will remain in demand whatever happens after BREXIT

Re: Insulated income Yes, Civitas was sold off harshly over that Housing Association farrago. If you like it with a 5% divi., consider also Impact Healthcare with a 6% [paid 6p over last 4 qrtly divis] yield. It's a not dissimilar model to Civitas and likewise building its portfolio steadily.Website link:[link] nothing else, look at the Q1 results; gives a neat summary of where it's at and going.Lxi also good value; basically Secure Income Reit on a discount. But price picked 10% + of late.

Insulated income After the overblown business with one of its housing associations, this represents an opportunity at discount to NAV. Yielding 3% but 2018 5p per share divi expected - around 5%. Fill your boots.
