cycles If CRX stash any cash and wait I would not be surprised to see them get the chance of making a useful acquisition at the right sort of price if the cycle turns down.Cash will be king in multiple segments, markets and a niche small bolt-on wouldn't have very many potential suitors but might fit CRX nicely.

Interims Good and plaesing to see return to profit. H2 could be very pleasing with usual seasonal business uptick on top of improved performance now a fair few problems addressed.My takeaway - no.acquisition for a while as they exploit organic growth. For the best as valuations are high and there is risk. A time to bed down, make some money and stick it in the bank for the next time valuations look sensible.If there is one share that is due a re-rate (upwards) it's CRX !

New Cyprotex Development [link] has some potential I feelThe development of exclusive IP that works and makes money can become worth a lot of money such that another company might want to buy it. The FDA in particular are becoming increasingly focussed upon the use of computer models for predictive purposes with new drug development, see[link]

US I am quite certain the US operations will be sorted out. It's supposed to be a mirror of the UK side. There are always wrinkles, frustrations etc but with the right focus it will come good and just work.The future is bright for CRX.It surprises me how little interest is shown in the company. When it starts to gain interest the only thing to hold it back will be the accounting for the loan notes helping to damp the SP but that is only so long as they are outstanding and does act as a protection against a predator from what I remember of it.May have to wait a while but I can see this achieving a multiple of todays price for the patient - imho.I bough a small top-up today but they don't show in iii.

Re: More good news I think it will. At least protecting the company from an opportunistic buy-out before they have chance to really blossom.Glad to see todays news. What better than helping to avoid development of chemical combinations likely to harm people before money is wasted or patient risks taken.Good for everyone.

More good news More good news out today..I just hope that this is not to offset any negative news.. I.E from the U.S.INMO everything seems to be falling in place.. Maybe the fund raising via loan notes will turn out to be a blessing in disguise at a later date.

Re: Will this ever move upwards I hold some of the loan notes. Fine with me. Have no intention of converting until redemption date. This is a long term hold type of small cap. Give it 3-5 years and it will all come to a decent capital gain.
