just bought in here, looks very interesting
These MM's have something against this company. All they seem to do is want to keep the price down. Despite all the buying the posters on here talk about, the great prospects and the huge asset value. This company has been issuing shares at 1.25p for years but the market values them at .47p. its just not fair. or am I being paranoid, naive and deluded???
yes, they do have some lunatics on these boards.
Looking at the acquisition of EM Vest CRV appears to have paid £1.1 mill for 39% of a business that lost £.9mill last year. HOpe thay can turn this around!!!
The Pressfit potential listing does not realise any cash. It gives a value to the holding, less than the current carrying value. I dont know how long TC has been investing but if TC thinks the cash is realised it is a bit naive. For one I expect CRV will have a restriction on selling and two if a holder sells 25% of an AIM company they would probably only achieve, if lucky, 50% of the market price. This would equate to around £550k, which actually works out as acquiring Pressfit for shares at abouty .48 the real market price, not the inflated 1.25!!!
Value of pressfit isnt great. to be honest, n to say it was for free would mean you value a CRV at nothing. I do think CRV have done some good deals but the 1.25p share price for doing deals is misleading, all assets should be valued on market price, which in reality they are.
Maybe the market realises investments acquired for ashares at 1.25 are overvalued in the balance sheet and the NAV is substantially below the quoted figure???
Hi Tully. If you are fed up with your shares in CRV will you sell them to me. i'll issue you shares in my company at 1.25p, but the market price is only .48, but never mind they are bound to go up when i appoint a pr company!
I cannot believe how you lot can go on and on about a 1.25p share price for doing deals as a positive. Would anyone in their right mind sell an asset worth £1m for shares in a company at 1.25p when the market price is .45??? in such a case the asset is only worth 360k. therefore, in such a case investments are recorded at a cost on the 1.25p rather than .45p , 2.77x the real value. if you believe the 1.25p value, sell your house to them for shares at 1.25p.
will you sell CRV your house at its market value, for shares in crv at 1.25???
