NM I totally agree & communication from the company has been abysmal with almost 9 months elapsing since the last trading update.I presume Miton & other large PIs ( eg Ferster Family) have raised the issue with our new CEO & JG.Results should be imminent & lets hope they are very positive.Have a good week all !!

Monday would be good if the price is not going to tank down below 16p ..........Roger did you speak to. manuel when you rang the company?I believe that "He Knows Nothing",Que?////////' Next time may be best ask for Mr Basil Grimmond? or Steve Fletcher in Accounts.Late accounts are always a little unsettling One would think that people with faith in the company would be piling in and filling their boots with bargain priced stock....but no one is ...That is more of a concern is it not?

Chart Looking at previous years 2012 onwards The price has moved strongly North towards the end of each year.It has always kept close to the 20 tick sma So its due for another move soon? .Looking at the recent chart a solid base appears to be forming ,this would suggest a leap either up or down is building. Based on the 5 yr chart and the fact that I am a long suffering long term holder I would say the odds are in favour of up rather than the other way.We live in hope.

Re: Broker Forecast I presume that the outcome for the year was in accordance with broker forecasts & the lack of a profits warning suggests that we should have achieved expectations & that there was no obligation on the company to make a year end announcement.Some companies suggest that it is not worth the time & effort of preparing a trading update but I fundamentally disagree.Presumably they have integrated accounting systems which produce at least weekly/monthly management accounts & a reassuring statement that the acquisitions have been/are being integrated smoothly & profits are expected to be in line with expectations would have given some comfort to long suffering PIs ( & our new IIs) & would have supported our SP.I will email the new CEO & JG when I get the chance.

Re: Broker Forecast The company has not issued a trading update for months,which I consider to be disappointing.With view to the 3 acquisitions during the year & the crate contract ( about which we have heard nothing since) the company should have issued a trading update around 30th April.Hopefully the acquisitions have all been well integrated,are trading successfully,the fall in sterling since Brexit has been neutral ,at worse & positive at best( as exports are growing),we are generating cash & the dividend will be increased & our new CEO has settled.Bit more news glow in future please !

Re: Broker Forecast Many companies don't issue announcements to announce when the results are due out. In my experience though, they all respond to an email requesting the information.Hopefully Miton's confidence in the company is justified - they recently increased their holding to 20%.

marked down again Off 5% Yesterday on 49000 shares traded.Market maker is desperate trying to stimulate some trade. How long to the results I wonder Things are very quiet.

Re: Results I don't want to discourage you from topping up Shmully (I have already topped up myself and may do some more) but I suspect the delay in the accounts compared to previous years is due to the extra work relating to the companies they have already aquired.
