Re: citychap2011 Puhhh, suspension...Now that's quite a smack into the face of longtime holders!Also very odd to see that some of the former decent 300k or 1M share holdings have turned into trash value in recent months:11-May-17 13:58:10 / 0.40p / 160,000Sell* 0.400.45240.60O 10-May-17 16:12:55 / 0.41p / 1,149,497Sell* 0.410.454,793O 10-May-1715:45:50 / 0.41p / 300,000Sell* 0.410.451,251O Anyway: Good luck to all genuine investors and a best possible outcome.

real estate value? Earlier on, posters on lse-uk were discussing the real estate holdings of CRD... Maybe one of the expats in SA could find out more about the actual land value! The current 1.8M market value looks quite reasonable price for land developers - even with additional company debt on top.Market Capitalisation£1.80mShares in Issue295.63m
Re: the OLD steps ahead Looks like this paper mill (some on lse-uk refer to this as "gold mine" has stabilized for now. Suddenly you see repeated large buys around 0.60p:167:26 / 0.6p / 400,000 / 2,400 gbpHa! Only a few years ago this has been a substantial holding!)- The current rebound could continue as high as 0.80p, where likely the first bounce.- Mid term buy-alert IF the strong 0.80p barrier is climbed.- Trend confirmation as soon as 0.93p is climbed.- Long term bullish trigger is waiting high in the sky, around 1.35p.Best to adjust the auto-trading system - and let the machine do the work and headache of when to buy
Re: the OLD steps ahead Deja vu, 2011?Today CRND touched as low as 0.48p (that's zero point fourtyeight Pence!!!!!!) which has been seen a long time ago, sometimes in late 2011...52 Week High3.88 52 Week Low0.48

Sadly, sadly, bad luck for all genuine holders, Citychap!

Confirmation when 1p climbed.)

Its probably made out that the outfit will be sold in a private deal - because despite this ridiculous trading range - the mine still remains there.Very sad story for all genuine investors!
Re: the next steps ahead ...and there is 0.70p!Sick!
Bergen - The Ghost of Christmas pasts We had 133.8M shares in June 2016 before the Bergens And we now have 220.8M shares at the last placing. That's a 64% increase in shares and massive dilution for shareholders.Such is the effect of death spiral financing.I need to check the numbers but expect we're only a 1/3-1/2 way through the possibly $4M bridge loan.
Bergen - The Ghost of Christmas pasts More shares for Bergen this time at 0.7p 🙁 This bridging loan and minimal news is not helping the share price. Difficult to know if Bergen are accumulating or dumping shares on the market for a quick 25-30% profit as they are well known for doing in the past. The BoD advised recently they have enough cash for working capital so it's surprising to see Bergen still picking up cheap shares. The company needs to crack on with toll treatment and report some positive operational news. AIMHO. DYOR. Good luck all genuine holders
Re: the next steps ahead Yepp, you're probably right. Puhh, looks like things turn nasty now with the Sp diving below the super-crucial 1p line - ouch! Actually a bit sickening!Poor souls, if those are real sells / throw-the-towel-sells. Those 250k and 1M chunks used to be very decent holdings, when CRND was 8, 10 or 15p.08-Feb-1710:32:43 0.97p 250,000 Sell* 0.971.00 2,42907-Feb-1715:16:16 0.97p 250,000 Sell* 0.971.00 2,44807-Feb-17151:17 0.97p 250,000 Sell* 0.971.00 2,44807-Feb-1714:40:27 0.97p 1,000,000 Sell* 0.971.00 9,700But its probably as you say: Bergen is simply cashing in as planned and squeeze another tiny bit of money out of here.In my opinion company insiders will have it delisted, save all the costs, grabb the outfit on the cheap (plus all of the land rights!) and store this away for some sunny day...
Re: the next steps ahead Thanks Romeo. How sure are you that these are 'buys' and not Bergen offloading shares they recently picked up for 0.8p? An easy 25% profit for them. They have been acquiring cheap shares and dumping them on the market since the BoD signed up to the Bridging loan/Death spiral finance deal with them.
Re: the next steps ahead Looks like maintenance buys still continue.Several large trades in recent days are not Sells as published, but rather buys (bargain conditions institutional investor).02-Feb-1716:15:330.98 / 1,000,000 Sell* 0.981.00 9,80003-Feb-1710:53:110.98 / 1,000,000Sell* 0.981.00 9,80003-Feb-1716:2220.98 / 1,000,000 Sell* 0.981.00 9,800
Re: the next steps ahead Ohh boy, what a journey! Now let's see if company insiders will eventually stop their costly support-buying to hold the Sp at 1p.IF 0.99p is breached, then quick slide down to 0.85p and further. Then you can applause Central Rand amongst some of the weirdest stocks on the aim.(Best of luck to all genuine investors/holders!)
