Another pathetic RNS and everyone is convinced that all the troubles are behind them, it is going to take absolutely ages to bring down AMD, why are they talking about a five year plan for new pumps and treatment plants??? The Guardian and Mail cover this well, South African paper with the heading Hope springs (not) eternal in spat over toxic sludge. Did CRND mention that the ecl had been breached? No!!! Read the article I just mentioned and see who is telling the truth, only CRND/ Redstone are going to gain not the news papers. Looking at some of the posts here today, Redstone will definitely catch some minnows who think they can grow into big fish here, say good bye to your money, Chinese know how to make a meal from anything!!! Beware!
DTM won't allow me to post link so you need the details below, sad when the blog site stops people posting factual news, something to hide have they???
CRND still posting useless RNS to help sell themselves, obviously leaving out the truth of the ECR level being breached, untruth's told again and again by the CEO, needs to keep his job and is panicking. For a full story of the AMD situation try this south African paper, story dated 20th June 2014. Mail @ Guardian story headline is - Hope springs(not) eternal in spat over toxic sludge. Long story full of info if you can be bothered
Winston Smith, on holiday and still panicking about your investment here????????????? Looks like things are afoot? very descriptive and full of information, would you care to expand on your summing up of the moment???
should go up, but their costs make it a problem.
Oooopppss! even I am ramping it now, 2 x 36 = 72 not 73, as I said less the disturbed heavy metals/sediment it probably is 57mltrs per day
Oh and as for the official press release, where did they get that from???? Official opening and full description of the pumps capacity when fully operational is 57 mltrs per day, check it out on you tube, the official opening!!!!!
Regarding the pumps, You need to read the RNS dated 27th July 2011 which states the pumps worked to the required design capacity, this is 1,5 mltrs per hr x24 = 36 mltrs per day for one pump, so x 2 = 73 mtrs per day. Now that was just water being pumped, so now add the effluent/AMD dissolved in the water which gives it a greater mass, similar to sea water because of the salt. Now the max is 72 mltrs per day less for the soup mixture being pumped up from depth, it will probably be close to 57 mltrs per day as said in the opening ceremony, treatment plant still not fully operational at the moment.
Praying I hear, you will need every God on your side just to have a chance. As per the presentation when pumps were lowered, when the plant is fully operational it will pump 57mltrs per day, presentation is on you tube if you care to look. The trouble here is that the mine is so deep that natural water levels keep filling it up like a well, the inflows reported are 54mltrs per day, not good. This is why they are talking about the next five years and a few more treatment plants and pumping stations, AMD is here to stay for a long time yet. Company running out of mining area's now, the rabbit warren could collapse if they keep thin those walls. Mills now working on much harder rock, trouble is the circuitry to claim the fine gold isn't, leaks appearing now.
