Pete Landau presents in Perth August 2018 Pirate Pete is presenting as Executive Director of Continental Coal, the company for which he failed to complete a rights issue and shareholders were not repaid, is at the Africa Downunder conference in Perth 29-31 August 2018. Anyone going along to listen to investment advice from a director accused of theft, fraud and forgery?[link]

Re: Is this the end? Just been told by Halifax these can be traded on the German Floor market. Wondering if she meant flower market! Only looking to of load to tie them up and use the loss against profit made elsewhere!Anyone heard of the german Floor market. Google didn't know much.

My holding has been transferred to computershare Australia and having gone through all the online processes, I can now see my holding is worth a massive $10Safe to say this company is doomed.

Re: When Never or Maybe My original holding of shares were transferred to Computershare Investor Centre in Australia but my 9 for 1 rights issue shares appeared back in my UK account from where I can't trade them. Neither my UK broker nor Computershare have any idea what to do about it. Computershare even said only New Zealand and Australian residents were allowed to participate in the rights issue when it clearly says it's open to UK residents.So now they have my money and I have a load of shares with a UK broker that I can't touch. Has anyone else had any trouble or have they just singled out me?!

Re: Has Anyone received their refund ? You're right, I haven't received anything yet. I expected to have loads more shares, at a lower value, but then it was all cancelled, the shares dropped from AIM and transferred to Computershare Australia and my money has disappeared.Can anyone update us?
