Gold back above $1340 It's reassuring to see gold back at $1340 again after testing the sub $1330 area several times recently. Shugg1e is pretty good at this sort of thing but my sense is that gold could be readying for a $30 - $30 leap, and maybe a shot at $1400 by Spring.[link] should benefit, especially now the Canadians are on board. I think thet follow gold far more closely than people on this side of the Pond.Shugg1e?

Re: Still higher on TSX Bouncing around somewhat but the trend seems to be for the TSX to move down to AIM. When I last looked the last deal was 1.15 or 66p. I could see AIM moving up to the 62/64p level in the next couple of days and the TSX dropping to about 1.10. It looks like the rapidly diminishing arbitrage opportunity is about to go altogether and may already be there given any costs of transfer.Notwithstanding that it has shown that the wiley Canadians are a lot more in tune with quality juniors than PIs trading on AIM. Overall it looks like the TSX has proved to be a good move.

Re: Still higher on TSX Well bearing in mind it’s the Toronto stock exchange I think it is safe to say currency is CAD rather than USD

Still higher on TSX 1.19 seems to be the last trade.[link] didn’t check on the quote currency but I assume CDN which translates to circa 68 - 69p. It’s closing in but still a few pence to go. Maybe 63/64p then over the next day or two.Can someone confirm it is CDN and not USD.

Re: TSX shares No more new shares they are now just listed for trading on TSX as well as AIM

Re: TSX shares If you have enough I guess it would be cost effective to simply transfer existing shares to the TSX and sell, then buy replacements on AIM. This price differential can’t last. On way or another AIM prices will increase and TSX will fall. My guess is that we will meet in the middle somewhere.

Re: TSX shares Initially I was concerned that they would do a fund raising when they went public on the TSX, which would have been another dilution for us, but as per your note it seems they didn't. Given this I don't know why there is a price difference. As someone else kind of pointed out. Buy them on Aim and sell them on the TSX.Cant be that simple though I'm sure

Re: TSX shares To answer my on question, they are AIM shares that have been transfered to the Computershare's Canadian Share Register. From RNS'Shareholders who wish to trade on the TSX must have a Canadian broker. Shareholders who wish to sell existing shareholdings on the TSX must first transfer their holdings from Computershare's UK Share Register to Computershare's Canadian Share Register. Further information on this process is available on Condor's website'.

TSX shares Could someone kindly take the time to explain where the shares traded on TSX come from? They are presumably not new fund raising shares and they are not mine.Happy

Re: TSX quotes of $1.50 Last TSX quote was $1.34.[link] anyone explain the price differential between this and AIM? I don’t recall seeing it with other companies.

Dictum de dicto 19 Jan 2018

TSX quotes of $1.50 Interesting start to trading. I know it works in a different way to AIM but there is nonetheless some price alignment to take place.[link] that or there are some considerable arbitrage opportunities.

Re: Gold $1342 Gold still hovering around $1342 which I think is a result of the ongoing weakness in the USD. It was struggling to stay much above 90 on the DXY when I looked earlier. [link] see if it holds when the U.S. gets out of bed.

Re: DUAL-LISTED ".....Canadian investors will find Condor a compelling investment that is undervalued compared to its TSX/TSXV listed peer group. "You can say that again. Despite the shake-out on the TSX is recent years Condor is still head and shoulders above most of the junior explorers in the quality of its resources, and management for that matter. How many of them have skin in the game like MC for example?Hopefully, this is just the start of its re-rating to Numis 140p - 150p target area.
