Re: Bought in today Hello CasaI bought some CNKS in early July and, after an initial lift, I'm disappointed to see them sink. The financials look really good to me - good revenue and earnings growth, excellent ROCE, ROE, op margin, free cashflow and balance sheet. I had to try really hard when doing a DCF valuation to bring implied intrinsic value DOWN to market value - not often I can say that. I guess the lumpy nature of their business is a negative factor, and I fear their NOMAD role with Quindell will have done their reputation no good recentlyNonetheless, I have also been looking to top up on current weakness but my buy limit order hasn't quite triggered. Maybe next week ...MM

Bought in today I was surprised to see CNKS priced at 170 today so I have bought some. From what I can gather, the EPS should be alright for this year and the dividend level should be sustained. Casa.

Re: Topped up again Price will probably languish until dividend time.

Topped up again Added a few more of these @ £1.78. Still good value, in my opinion.....

Re: Dividend No the 10% tax is just notional, in leau of the Corporation Tax that CNKS has paid.It doesn't get deducted from your dividend, but you can't get it back either! You can just forget about it.

Dividend This is the 1st dividend that I have received from CNKS. I seem to have been paid 10p /share. Should there not have been 10% tax deducted ?The shares are in an ISA so I have no further tax to pay anyway

Re: Topped up again My dividend has arrived, so should get reinvested in the next day or two. Not willing to increase my weighting beyond that at this stage though.

Topped up again Topped up again today. This is like the early days of the CGL board, a lonely furrow.......

Valuation The valuation of CNKS is amazingly low.Current assets less all liabilities = £37 million.Company valuation = £111 millionSo you are paying £74 million for a company that is projected to make £21 million in a brilliant year, or £9 million in a bad year. That's what I call good value..........a P/E of no more than 8. Seems like adequate compensation for volatility.......

Topped up again Topped up again, to console myself with TTR moving beyond what I wanted to pay......

Galahads Apprentice 06 May 2015

Re: Topped up I'm certainly no expert and at the speed they've dropped, I guess there could be still a bit more, (even as far as 37's, though hopefully not!) but I've hopped with a modest amount and will add if they drop further as I feel they should come back before too long to at least mid/high 60's -. my opinion is very much a novice one - good to hear back from you.

Greyinvestor 06 May 2015

Re: Topped up I noticed you on the TTR board. I stupidly sold out at around 37p and am wondering whether to buy back in, thus proving my hopelessness!

Re: Topped up Hello 'Greyinvestor' .. I think your call is pretty good so have joined you with a top-up .. let's hope it's only a small stone, or a small stone attached to a large balloon!

Greyinvestor 06 May 2015

Re: Topped up Either that or it's me buying. They usually fall like a stone after that!
