Nomad Alfredo on form as usual.Court case dismissed - probably at another great discount to benefit Clear, (it'll make an interesting read when (if) the details appear.)Next announcement anticipated - New Nomad and resumption of trading.

Re: WHAT AN RNS!!!!! it is good to know that there is such an interest in Mediapolis with five parties in pursuit. If a sale is negotiated it will greatly enhance the share value with borrowing repaid and cash resources to assist other group activities including Onduland. It will be interesting to be updated with the year end figures but at least the financial pressures on the group have eased with this latest development. Worth a punt even at current price in my view.

Re: WHAT AN RNS!!!!! Holding up well, this has injected new life into the company which now has financial backing and a very good support network. IMHHO the market cap does not reflect its full potential, and various sales will prove this. Should see +200% later today as the news flows in the city!

Mediapolis, from its new headquarters in Via Friuli 10 (the legal representative is Francesco Emiliani) filed the Tar Piedmont summonsed the region involving all other signatories to the agreement of the program or the Underground City and the Municipalities of Albian, Caravino, Vestignè and Ivrea.Mediapolis is seeking compensation of 39 million euro. For now, if in fifteen years, the project was not implemented, but especially if things are in fact stops after the signing of the program in 2009, the responsibilities are to be found in the Piedmont Region. Today, the company specifies that the theme park is not currently feasible on the site of Albian of Ivrea. And lawyers Amedeo Rosboch, Claudio Viviani and litchis Alessandro Marini in fifty pages argue their reasons. In the citation, is also attached a letter last summer when the region gives its willingness to evaluate the project, but in an area already compromised, not therefore to Albian. Meanwhile, Mediapolis approved the budget. About eight million exceptional profit due to the appreciation of the rights of construction. The equity is then 24 million.

Re: Monday, 15 December ! If the £.5m profit can be repeated in the second half and again for the first half of 2014 we are in a different ball game. There is much to report and we should have a far better idea of this companies potential on Monday. Fingers crossed!!
