Re: HIGH RISK HIGH GAIN!! Bearing in mind the very few comments on this blog the high volume of activity over the last few days suggests that there are some big buyers and willing sellers. Surely the sellers will run out in the near future and then the price will really take off. I cannot see the Court failing to accept the company's position.

Re: 46 Million..... Good luck All On my reckoning more than a third of the companies shares have changed hands over the past three days. I cannot find how many shares are held by directors but there must be someone building up a massive holding. Having seen the value of my shares nearly wiped out in recent years I am hanging on in as now is clearly not the time to jump ship. I do believe that we shareholders are not being kept in the picture and hope that an RNS is on it's way.

46 Million Something is happening at last. Not the time to sell now with buyers on the scene. They must know something. This company has a terrible record and has been defrauded on almost every deal. Perhaps at last the legal system is about to catch up with the crooks! Hold for developments!!!

Bond holders agreement. Sounds a very good deal for,shareholders. Time for company to pursue legal claims and negotiate sales has been extended to two years at a much reduced cost in terms of interest. These days good news is welcomed by a fall in sheer values. The risk element in holding on to these shares has been considerably reduced.

Euro Fingers Seems like they can`t do enough for Francesco .Let`s hope they are fair to all the poor equity holders .£6 million loan and no interest would be nice .Which is about a sixth of the actual loss held by many here . Good luck all And May
