sid.. I think you are wrongI have seen an email stating that properly sponsored shares have been sent electronically to nominee banks. If you are in limbo ..contact the company using the phone number of SB ..He usually answers if not travelling..Entitlements do not vanish. They may have no value but they don't just disappear!
As expected Over on LSE people are blaming their brokers for no certificates but as i mentioned in May computershare resigned some time ago and no Uk registrar will take this on so left to the company to deal with. I paid a fee a couple of months ago to SB in the hope of something happening but it was never going to list in Frankfurt by August as it clearly stated in the announcementThe last e mail I received from the CFO of the company says it all as followsI think you are going to be very happy with our big Christmas present to our great shareholders as we are shortly going to list at expected 12 pence for CIC Gold and 16 pence for CIC Capital Fund. The e mail was dated 17 December 2014 and for some reason I have never deleted it may be to remind me the whole situation is pure fantasy
Registrar I have noticed over on the LSE board posters have disputed my comments. With regard to the registrar I have a letter confirming they have resigned and are no longer doing business with CICC and CIC Gold. If you look on the website of Computershare under client companies you will note they are not mentioned. With regarding the listing in Germany when ever a new company is coming on the market there should be a mention of forthcoming new issues or flotations. I can find no mention any where or even on the company websites and August is next week. I am only stating the facts as I see them and would love to be proved wrong as i have money tied up in both companies
ultra OK so not sure why he was told that.As far as those of us on lse boards know from conversations with SB there are no financial problems. My cicg and cicc are certificated and held by barx. They should be tranferable to (in my case IG) so when the companies list on Frankfurt exchange they will have value.Clearly they have no value currently but they should have sometime in August provided they can be transferred.
Re: not quite getting that No, sage! He's saying CICG never paid the registrar so the registrar resigned! Where does he say anything about his broker going bust? Read his post again and pay more attention!
not quite getting that are you saying your brokers are bust? cicg certainly are not.You should be able to get a re issue of your holdings..?Unless you have sold they are still yours regardless..
No hope As the company is coming off AIM and I have my shares in certificated form i requested my broker to put in my nominee account. This is when I realised the game is up as they have at present have no registrar as they were owed money and resigned. They then rang the company advisors who told them they owe money to everyone in the city. So basically my certificates are worthless. Also I hold in CICC but have never received any promised bonus shares or latest accounts so can write that one off as well
no one here?
google finance still not showing on there yet.
