We should all know it's a gamble and I buy on the basis that my money is immediately written off. If you can't afford to lose, don't bet. But.........I have always had an issue with shorting. I am all for a free market but shorting isn't a free market. Selling shares you don't own and then doing your best to talk the price down should be made illegal.

Re: Decision imminent The fact that he has blogged he has bought X shares means absolutely nothing. I could write on here that I have bought half a million in small lots over several weeks. Nobody would have any idea if it's true or not.I suggest that he of all people is someone who should always be ignored.

I don't think that is possible i.e. giving notice three days before the general public.Let's say it's a win, won't the director's be scooping up every share they can and similarly if it's a loss then they will be selling like there’s no tomorrow? The only option is if they are advised and the shares are suspended until notice is given to the general public but I can't see that happening . . .

As a lawyer I read a lot of this sort of wording.The RNS wording is "The Tribunal confirms that notice will be given to the Parties three days in advance of the issuance of the decision" If I may paraphrase, I think this is saying "The Tribunal will notify the Parties three days before the decision is due to be issued." In other words, they will be told on a Tuesday that the decision will come to them on the Friday.
