Last Chance today! I've been tempted and bought more - have a strange feeling that this is going to be good. Always had a nagging doubt with Oxus but not here.I sold half my original purchase so had a 'free bet'. However in the words of Clement Freud I feel " a bet should hurt but not break you".Now I stand to lose a bit it's made it more exiting!Good luck to all that are holding - Suspension tomorrow and possibly a result on Wednesday.Always wondered about the 3 day notification period and why so long. All I can think is possibly. The suspension period would allow ROI to come up with some sort of settlement in order to stop the verdict going public.

Having joined Mr David Quinlivan on the hunt for reparation in Christmas 2011 . It seems very fitting that Christmas will be Our Central thematic . As usual Investing in the right place comes down to self belief ,good research and a slice of luck .Let`s hope Churchill`s legal team have all three in abundance . There are good reasons even for The Indonesian Government to settle this case fairly and Equitably ,which I am sure many of you have researched and are up to speed on . Having realised that you have posted in the current year on forty ( yes ,forty). Re: What's could Tuesday look like? We may not get a decision during trading on Tuesday.ICSID will give their decision on Tuesday. They don't even open till 2pm UK time so even if they issued the decision straight away (unlikely) Clifford Chance LLC will have to read through the decision before issuing guidance to CHL to allow them to issue the RNS.Now I am not sure if, as soon as ICSID releases it's decision to CC/CH and RoI if it becomes public knowledge straight away (someone else with more experience in the area can answer that) but trading will be suspended until CHL release their RNS anyway.So Tuesday afternoon earliest IMHO and maybe RNS won't get issued til Wednesday morning ?Just my thoughts ... good luck all

What's could Tuesday look like? Obviously difficult to be exact without details or a result...but...let's say we won, how will Tuesday likely unfold for everyone? Anyone have any pre-match rituals or celebratory ideas?

Re: How about that..... GPback Simple question - do you receive confirmation of the arbitration result at the same time as Churchill and ROI? I might be wrong about knowing 3 days in advance, but I'm not wrong that the parties know of the result before the wider market. Today's rns has proved that.
