Why not just wait to hear from the company ???Last time they awaited news they suspended the day before ... released RNS at 11:30am the next day and resumed trading shortly afterwards. So instead of trying to guess what the 'delay' means why not just be patient and wait ?

Trying to draw a conclusion Good morning all (or is it?)Given the absence of an RNS what are the scenarios?1. No verdict has been issued.2. CHL have won.3. CHL have lost.4. Cannot think of anything else...?If it was 1. then surely there would be an RNS saying they're still awaiting the result so I'm discounting that.If it is 2. then the only reason I can think of for not announcing it is that ROI are negotiating a settlement ... or am I looking through rose tinted spectacles?If it was 3. then CHL may be struggling to draft an RNS but, why is there no news (gloating maybe) in Indonesia? Surely there would be...?As a result I'm feeling cautiously optimistic.Are there other possible scenarios?

Re: Result Wrong.The directors said at the AGM the shares would be suspended in advance of trading on the third day after they had had notice that the ruling was coming. They would remain suspended whilst they read and digested the contents. Once done, and as soon as they felt able, they would release an RNS to update the market. They also said the suspension would be for a short time and a day was mentioned, but not guaranteed.
