Re: Predictions Who knows, and who cares what anyone posting on a bulletin board such as this says they know, or thinks they know? They absolutely don't.Just wait until whatever is going to happen, happens.
Re: Predictions Blimey, get's about 60p and i'll be happy!Do you think the share will just rise or will there be a suspension / correction like July 2011?
Re: Mm's after stock? I'm watching for a decent turn around and trades above the 36-37p region.
Mm's after stock? Good sign?

Re: update Throw us a link to that ss.
Re: Predictions It's very difficult to predict how the market will value a positive outcome. If we get full compensation then that will be circa 800p per share. There will of course be a discount to that until we get the money. What that will be will depend upon a number of factors. If it opens up at 400-500p a share it will drop back somewhat. If it opens up at 150p or less then as I value it any drop back will be short lived.

Re: Predictions There may well be whispers, but I'm absolutely sure that the first that people to know for sure will be the directors so forget the odd tick up or down. In the longer term it's just irrelevant. If the court ruling is good for the company they will jump, and then fall back on profit taking. If it's bad they will tank.
Re: Predictions There will always be people trading the stock. It's been on a great run. They are traders and probably don't want to be in for the news. This is AIM. Don't expect a move in any direction to be representative of the outcome! The volume is very low so it's not imo anyone in the know.
My observation My observation is at the moment, the market wants shares. Sells are absorbed and dips seem to be short-lived. So the market is expecting good news and is preparing for it. Last week I couldn't get a quote so there weren't many shares being offered. That's my take on the px as I see it.
Re: Predictions No doubt sensible words Nigel and GPBack, but what I cannot understand is how you get a day like today where virtually all the trades (admittedly not a large volume) are sales. I can understand the odd taking profits but surely most would be sitting tight on their holdings until the ruling ... unless there are some knowing whispers?Or am I just being paranoid?
Re: Predictions We are not the tribunal and, I assume, like me have not been present to hear all the evidence. The fact that we are waiting does not mean it will be bad news any more than it will be good news. It simply means the tribunal is not ready to release its findings.
Re: Predictions It's natural to get nervous the closer we get to the news. It will come and hopefully be what shareholders deserve. I don't think we will get a heads up on the date news will come. It will just come. I also don't consider that 'no news is bad or good news'.For those with a poor disposition I feel for you
Predictions Not on price but when we will hear any news, we seem to be so close so many time only for things to be delayed? Personally I don't think this is a good sign as shows how close the outcome is. Let's hope my thoughts are wrong . . .
