Orbiter, I felt the same as you...although, on reflection, CC would have done a deal with the fees, and I'm confident CC would not have taken CHL unless they felt happy about the payment of their fees. I'm still relaxed. GLA

Clifford chance new legal team appointed today, now they have real teeth and do use them ! GLA

Orbitor, I would rather think that all/anything of interest to ROI would have been removed from the CHL offices long before said raid...I'm sure there was nothing in the raid except for creating mischief.

I respectfully suggest all long termers hold tight, we have held for over two years, so lets hope I trust will be rewarded late this year. GLA and have a relaxing weekend

Good morning Orbitor, I hold the fact the Court accepted the case on its merits. The position of the ROI delaying tactics is nothing new to the court, CHL are well represented and will see this through. May all those long termers get the result they deserve.
