Proposed Resolutions As an infrequent visitor, and small-time investor in Conroy, can anyone explain what the proposal to remove the directors is all about? Many thanks,
Re: well... Back for my annual checkup and good laugh. The prof takes blarney to new extremes I see touting the capital reorganisation as a catalyst for SP increase.SP really 0.24p.More gold found, again. Still no mine, obviously.Glad to see PI's are not falling for it though judging by lack of posts on the board. If the company can keep finding suckers in the city to put up for placings to keep the scheme going and their salaries paid, then good luck to them.
well... 23rd November 2015 - the company announces amongst other standard bits of nonsense:In addition, it is the Boards view that the increased share price, which the Directors expect will result from the Capital Reorganisation will be more attractive to a greater number of investorsdown nearly 50% since the capital reorganisation, what a complete flop and clearly the boards view is not worth much, they need to get their fingers out their backsides and do more than spout drivel to make it more attractive to anyone.
Sp -confused? [link]
Gravy train Good on you professor . Secured the old salary for another while.Up goes the share count and down goes the price and the gold is safe and sound in the ground.Ah well, why not keep spinning the wheel as long as someone is willing to pay for the shares. Good money after bad.
Re: What is going on? Thanks for the effort to enlighten me S JI am currently out of this stock and thought I had missed the boat on a big uplift!I dont think there will ever be one. Also interested as my birth place is in the county next door, north of the border.Good luck to all who are keeping the faith anyway.
Re: What is going on? Here is some more info:[link]
Re: What is going on? Share restructuring. You now only hold 100th the shares you held a few days ago. In fact, it is an 8% drop in price.
What is going on? NM
Re: 75,000,000 Placing and Subscription Just catching up with a few old holdings. Having read the suggested consolidation runs, I'd suggest anyone holding shares votes against. It is just a ticket to further dilution with no progress.
Re: Oh for crying out loud Never doubted there is gold in the ground in Clontibret, just that it will always be uneconomic to remove it or the local community won't want it.When all the gold has gone form Africa Russia Australia and other vast open spaces nobody in the west has to put up with living next too, then maybe the gold in Ireland will become viable.Till then, investors here agree to continuous dilution so the management can have their salary.
no more high risk than any other share on aim and looking very positive at mo....
