NEW ARTICLE: Top 10 quality AIM shares for 2016 " In the 20 years since it launched, the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) has received mixed reviews for its ability to generate dependable investment returns. As the London Stock Exchange's market for smaller, growth companies, there have been ..."[link]
DHX, the developer and owner of the Teletubbies brand and which has licensed Character as master toy franchisee for the Teletubbies relaunch, seems to be getting very close to Mattel, the US group which is the world's number 2 in the toy market.[link] this sentence:". Importantly, this relationship also creates the potential for future content, licensing and franchise development collaborations between Mattel and DHX. Although this agreement does not include Teletubbies, I wonder whether there would be the danger for Character of it being extended to cover that franchise as well in the future.[link]
CCT......hold Yes, a worrying drop but probably profit-taking. The shares peaked a few weeks ago at more than twice the price a year ago, so many people will have been banking profits.Recent results were very encouraging and Simon Thompson is buying them. I think the long term trendline on the chart is still up , although a drop below 420 p would trigger a sale for me.
Profit taking? Only reason i can think of for the dip.Anyone else think this might be a good opportunity to top up?CheersLoch

Re: How could I not agree? Bizarre!!!!!!!!!!!! Judging by the lack of posts on this forum, I wonder who would have complained? Perhaps there are some sensitive and over-zealous forum 'police' who have a fear of potential litigation or some other ridiculous phobia None the less Jane, as you say, the article is still available for those who wish to find it ......RegardsBruce

Re: How could I not agree? Astonishing! It seems my original post has been deleted.Don't tell me, someone complained, oh dear, oh dear, oh dear.A humorous interview with the inventor of a best-sellingline of toys and a tongue-in-cheek remark by him musthave "offended" some poor sensitive soul. How very sad.
Re: How could I not agree? Nothing like a bit of controversy to further publicise these little guys Hey, at least the girls (and boys!) like them, so they can't be doing too badly Certainly doing CCT's share price the world of wonders, and will probably continue to do so for a wee while yet.I have waited for a long long time for these shares to move the way they are now, and it's a big welcome from me ....may it continue onwards and upwards ..RegardsBruce
