Fools Paradise Question 1: If you had 45 barrels of production per day and you want to reduce costs would you keep a staff of 70+ people?Question 2: If the 4 major shareholders in the company representing more than 50% of the share capital were all friends (and partners in other ventures) would you take a different look at the company and it's dealings?Question 3: If the companies resources would be used for non-company business would that at least raise an eyebrow?It is time to ask a couple of questions and get some answers at the upcoming AGM on June 25th.The reason that this ship is sinking is not the situation of the Ukraine but the hidden agenda of the management of the company.

Also make use of the google places for business page for Cadogan Petroleum Trading – which is pointing to the registered office when it should be pointing to the Kiev office. An hours work tidying that up would result in higher page ranking for companies searching for the services that Cadogan can provide.Will we get through the whole day with zero volume of share transactions?The share price has (so far correctly) for a long time ignored the book value of assets such as licences. annual financial report parts of ukraine are in a state of real war. there's politicial chaos. cadogan's drilling has been a struggle and unrewarding. there have been massive impairment charges.considering all the spectacular negativity of its operations, cadogan still has a pile of net cash and is now operating cash flow breakeven! this amazing and spectacular bit of positivity goes some way to balance out the spectacular negativity. "Cadogan reached a major milestone in 2014 which culminates years of focus onprotecting shareholder value in the face of adverse events: For the last monthsof 2014 as well as the beginning of 2015 the Company has operated at above cashflow breakeven, primarily as a result of its successful launch of a tradingactivity."

Bad News RNS posted 18.38... .....after market closes. Massive sell off tomorrow no doubt but I'm so far down on this that remaining value is not worth cashing in. Lots of promises for the future but past performance belies likely prospects. Another depressing Oil and Gas holding.tclr

Has it been run into the ground by a bunch of cr.... like Des Pallieres, Benedetti (who is pulling the strings in the background), Zev Furst, Ricco Testa or the new board member Michel Meeus? More than 70% are being held by a couple of "friends" now. Benaim, Meeus and Salik are all friends of Benedetti (who is a shareholder in SPQR) which should answer your question nr. 13.Please come forward.

New shareholders One asks how did Monte Leone Special Situations and Azure Arbitrage Funds acquire their 8 Million shares with CAD having so little volume? Considering the current activities of the company and the uncertainties in Ukraine in general imo only insiders could have been interested to acquire a stake in the company. A delisting soon to occur?

Fake business Does nobody realize that CAD management only pretends to do business? There is minimal activity like drilling one 400m well. Only to show some business but not spend too much of the companies most valuable asset: it's cash!! Looks to me it all follows a hidden agenda. What are these guys being paid for? Pallieres doesn't even spend any time in Kyiv.
