Trendwatch rec BATM BVC…watch out for take off here… [link] specifically for use in hospital laboratories to screen for hospital-acquired infections such as MRSA and C. Diff, and to identify tropical infections in travellers returning home with fevers .

Trendwatch rec The latest TW makes BVC a recommendation in his latest issue. An excellent newsletter and I am a subscriber. His editorials are very informative as well. Suggests that it could be on the cusp of sustained profitability.

Re: another underwhelming set of results If you'd invested as long as I have in this crew you'd probably feel the same. I welcome the uptick recently but its still less than I paid. I've been to AGMs and met Dr Marom and told him what I think about his management of the company nice guy but hasn't got a commercial clue. I'll change the record when Marom sells up. as for your second point I don't understand it so won't attempt to respond

Change the record please.As for property, do you think yourself astute when you make money out of people who have been priced out of the market by greedy property investors?

another underwhelming set of results Marom still banging on about a turna round year and hopeful for 2018. The market doesn't see the potentail. Share price down no dividend. On the face it looks as if the company has made a profit so why no dividend. I suspect its more smoke and mirrors from BATM. Interesting that a few years ago Bio medical was the future now its comms.I've been saying for years these are two incompatible businesses need to dump one and focus on a single business.I keep waiting for the turn around - share price still less than I paid. I'm investing in property so will probably sell later this year.Good luck to investors in this company - get a decent board in charge and it could do really well in comms.

Israel Israel has always been in a state of "dynamic tension! and yet still survive. They are totally paranoid-and rightly so imo. They have to be clever; hardworking and innovative to survive and this is another example of that.

Amazing up to 27p I can't believe after all the years Ive held this share (8 years i think) it is almost back to the price I paid. Does anyone know why it has risen so much so quickly. Is there a takeover in the air?

Re: Up to 21/22p and up more as a result of Simon Thompson's review in the IC yesterday-he now has a target price of 30p for it. If things go to plan I think that is very conservative.

response I understand where you are coming from and one particular investor-who does not look a well man I have to say has been here at much higher levels and is hurting! And he expressed your views very clearly. I am lucky in that I have only been in for 18m and @18p so I do not have the pain. I can only make a judgement from the current perspective and I am sure we would have expanded further if we had the time but we were closed down at MD by those controlling the room. His company is clearly providing cyber security to Israeli sources and the Government there restricts which countries he can export to-my impression is that this is serious cyber security technology and the Israelis are seriously paranoid with good reason. If he is allowed to export this technology to selected countries I think it gives Celare credibility. I also think this may well be his swansong over the next 3 years as he is not getting any younger. So your wish will happen in the not too distant future. His reflections on the evolution of IT were worth hearing and he clearly has a vision where that is going and he is moving along that pathway in a range of areas. I would just say to you to be patient over the next 12 months and see how it unfolds. I bought more this morning and will be watching closely. Other areas were discussed but I was trying to focus on the key topics.

Thanks for the update.You probably think I have a biased viewpoint and you are probably right!!The point that Marom makes about not having a pay rise for 12 years travelling economy etc supports my view that he is the wrong man to run the company. His mindset is that of a technical person. No self respecting CEO would be proud to say he has not had a pay rise for 12 years. The reason for not having a pay rise is because he has failed to deliver growth and increased shareholder value. He just doesn't get it.He has to be relieved of his duties as CEO. Make him head of R&D and he can play around with POC projects but under the tight control of a hardnosed commercial CEO. Over the years I've heard about lots of POC projects which have never turned into business deals.Not so long ago the telco business was secondary as he got involved in POCs on the medical side. The medical side seems to be languishing and he is back on Telco. Please please can some one take it over and make it a profitable growth business
