FAO Fatal hello laallee this new web is terrible - cannot pass comments as we used to do. It is a nightmare. Why have they destroyed it so much? I am sure they are all pontificating away on face book etc, but it is clear the guru and his followers have given up on this site and ii.co.uk have made a massive mistake and will deny it all as people leave them - a plethora methinks. This site is just so unfriendly. They should be ashamed, but, as they waddle off into into the ether, they will never admit they have destroyed themselves. They clearly got ‘consultants’ to set this up and as we all know - consultants first appeared when the first con man met the first idiot. Your comments, laallee, will be appreciated but, at the mo’, we have nothing to celebrate.
Fairy Story NDA has been paid for until end of August so if BoD said who it was now, then they would be handing back a $1m as well as damages. Not rocket science.
Fairy Story So can anybody say that this "major oil company existed? The bod said it did,but still do not say who it was!! Why not? Its done and dusted so lets have the name of the company who wiped out BPC.

Deal Imminent? I don’t think the market agrees with you
Deal Imminent? Malcy doesn’t seem so convinced mate. (
Deal Imminent? JT BPC are under the nda until the end of August as the major has paid for that extension. There is still a possibility that this is all last minute manoeuvring by the major to twist the bod’s arm on the deal. The bod have now RNS’d that they are putting it all out there again next month, so this final week of August is effectively a Mexican stand off as far as I can see. Not all over yet. dkok
Deal Imminent? Well back to square one as the major or BPC pulled out of the deal. Plenty of chat about this on LSE but the RNS was rather poorly written because BPC cannot reveal who they had a NDA with. Think they tried to sweeten everyone at the end by stating the door is now open for talks with other companies. Not so sure
Tree Shake Malcy’s blog I met up with Eytan Uliel, Commercial Director of BPC yesterday as he is in London talking to investors about current events. Clearly almost all of what I wanted to discuss was off limits but he did give me some ideas about how things were going. The name of the super-major who is in detailed and confidential discussions is clearly not going to be disclosed right now but a lot of work is being done. We have recently seen the rollover by one month of the initial three month agreement and this I suspect will be rolled over probably for another two months. I don’t think that there is anything bullish or bearish to read into this as some have suggested but just a lot of data to process. It is my own thinking that it looks like any deal that might happen here would involve BPC farming down quite a large chunk of its stake in the project but that even a modest residual holding would result in a huge rise in the shares. It is worth saying that at this stage all of the options are still on the table and given my knowledge of these sorts of negotiations anything might happen. This makes BPC a most fascinating share at the moment and whilst the upside is huge there is undoubtedly a possibility of a major disappointment which should enter all calculations.
Tree Shake Well they didnt scare me …
Tree Shake So the mm’s managed a nice little treee shake today to trigger those stop losses and scare out the nervous. That should tell us that someone is after a good chunk of shares prior to the big news. Just a matter of time now IMHO before we get the full fireworks!! glta dkok
This new website is terrible so long in a reply, but I am fed up with trying to deal with ii as they still haven’t got a platform that works with this appalling new set up - apart from Google. What a surprise! ii claim they are dealing with this issue but months later, they haven’t sorted out a thing, apart from the dire monotone statement when you phone them up, suggesting we move to Google and if you say ‘I do not want to use Google’, their response, on more than one occasion, has been ‘sorry, we can’t help you then’ And a lot of us thought Trump was bad.
61.8% Fibonacci retrace done, UP now hello, can anyone hear me? This new platform. Now being told I have to install Google Chrome to engage in conversations with any new shares I buy as my platform - Firefox - well, they still haven’t worked out how to do it. It’s been months. Who dumped this on us and why hasn’t he been fired? I am sure law suits will follow from all the other platforms who will struggle as they are marginalised and slowly removed from the market as Google gets the monopoly they look forward to. Strange this works on Google! Wonder why? Alas for all you BPC followers, I can still post on this site, as I had this set up before the great debacle. Sadly, I am unable to offer any wisdom on any new share because this site cannot handle the truth.
