Decembers trading update. [link]

Maverick 10 Jan 2017

Re: Hi Maverick I have read it that the growth is roughly an annual 5x thus far with the margin increasing. Yes we have cash burn all new tech stocks do.It's whether another Company sees this as a bolt on acquisition which is my guess.

Re: Hi Maverick "This rate of revenue growth has continued post year end"So if the rate of revenue growth continues we could turn over up to £8m in 2017 That's my honest reading of the situation, but not as low as £2m

Re: Hi Maverick Here is a summary that may give a bit more info to what you have gleaned.[link]

Hi Maverick Am I missing something here, the issues seems to be they are about to run out of cash, so therefore some dilution is inevitable surely. Their update mid-December said they had £700k left in cash but my estimation is they are burning around £500k per month, so come mid-Feb something has to happen. Also even if their revenues start to rise, perhaps £2m this year, they are a million miles off covering their overheads surely.Have I missed something here?

A tech stock with revenues and growing?! This valuation is a joke it should be well back to double figures.

Re: Merry Christmas Love this from the recent RNS, on full year revenue of £1.3 million..."The rate of growth in 2016 has continued to accelerate from H1 to H2, with Q4 revenues of more than £630,000. This rate of revenue growth has continued post year end, with over £1.1 million already booked for advertising campaigns in 2017."The SP can't stay this low for long

Directors buying shares Vote of confidence and self belief

Maverick 05 Aug 2016

Re: Its a long slog! Agree totally Andy. The buy price has obviously come down to match the additional shares on the market. Still a profit by 2017 is pretty good for a tech Co surely? Its easy to say % growth is high as they are starting from a small base.Still I hold and my 6.5p buy seems a long time ago.KTF

Its a long slog! Todays results and news didnt really surprise unfortunately, as it is proving much more difficult to generate revenues than many thought, especially given its relatively high costs. The loan, and the fact that the lender has the right to at least 2 directors, suggests the current BoD were in a weak position. Maybe I am overly suspicious, but it has the whiff of a kind of takeover on the cheap to me, as it puts them in a strong position to shape BOOM, and possibly buy it out if it looks like doing very well, or just walk away if it doesnt.Maybe BOOM needs some fresh input from a new director or two to sharpen its performance up - anyway I hope it does well in the end, but I am not tempted to try another trade currently.

Re: Half yearly report I had a fair amount in at 4.8p and doubled up yesterday to average at 3.8p after a LOT of consideration and after the company confirmed the half yearly was coming very soonHope I made the right decision

Re: Half yearly report All buys coming in but not much of a rise. I am in heavy at 6.5p and should double up but don't have the B***s!Maverick
