Re: License reinstated I can tell you for a fact that Jubilee played a minimal part in getting the license reinstated. BMR were very active with there own sources to fight and win a tough battle. Leon Coetzer should shut up leaking information to appease there own shareholders. Shareholders from both companies have not been informed correctly. Leon is talking as though he owns BMR that he owns the Kabwe project. They have 30% shares the largest shareholder but not the majority. They will be entitled to 40% profit. BMR OWN THE ASSETS AND OWN THE LICENSE not jubilee. This should be reminded to jubilee. There should be cooperation between the two companies and future rns's should be agreed with BMR if it concerns BMR shareholders. Jubilee did not get the license back. They have no sources or contacts in Zambia. They are unknowns. Credit to JH on this issue. Jubilee are acting as though they have BMR in there pockets. I would ask shareholders never ever to allow jubilee to buy out BMR or any other deal. Look at there share price its awful.

Re: License reinstated It's a step forward but BMR seem to be last in line to know or communicate about things here.! rather embarrassing from BMR or for BMR today whatever way you look at it.

License reinstated From JLP RNSJubilee is pleased to announce that the mining license for the Kabwe project ("Project" in Zambia, has been reinstated with immediate effect by the Minister of Mines and Mineral Development. This reinstatement of the mining licences paves the way for Jubilee in partnership with BMR Group PLC to commence with the joint execution of the project.Work to be started by end 2018Hopefully we get relisted soon and see sp recover

Re: Question for Alex Borrelli I think he kept quiet and did the deal with JLP. Then went back to the Mining Ministry and told them, BMR are about to bring a revenue from this license in 2018. Hoping that would be enough to keep the license. That revenue has now been pushed back as planning can't go ahead and long lead items cannot be ordered, due to the uncertainty.Hopefully, positive news soon.OD

Question for Alex Borrelli What did you do between receiving the Kabwe default notice on 26 September 2018 and doing the JV deal with JLP on 23 October 2018 to make them aware of this issue?

Re: Mining License Alex Borrelli never knew BMR would have there mining rights taken however i would guess that the markets have had some suspicion and risk hence the poor share price imo. 600 mining licenses have been taken back this is computer generated. If your not processing the computer will send out the letters. It is important for BMR to state the case which now is a very strong case that BMR intend to process the tailing dumps this year and plans for a plant are now underway. Of course BMR are not mining and do not intend on mining the underground anytime soon in fact i think we would have to apply for a renewal license about now anyway for the LSML. Why have Sable Zinc not have there license revoked. You have to watch Glencore. BMR hold title to the dumps the ZG cannot revoke that so they must see BMR and the JV are the only solution to production at Kabwe or legal action will take place. ZEMA have given BMR 3 years to process. We have done everything by the book. it could simply be computer generated nonsense but we will have to state the case. So close but so far.

Re: BMR Record It wasn't the government. It was the BOD and incidentally the UK regulators did nothing (as usual on AIM)Tclr

Re: BMR Record It's Africa, it's Zambia, it's minerals, it's theirs and they don't want you making money out of it.Same as farms in Zimbabwe, get rid of the owners, plunder the offices, starve the people into submission to the State, and run off with the money to Zurich.Until the people of Africa rise up against the colossal corruption of governments, it is not an investable continent.

BMR Record As LTH's know, we pi's were completely shafted by the previous management team (who walked away scot free of course).Hope this is not a rinse and repeat job!tclr

Re: Mining License Investors are missing the point pointing fingers at Alex Borrelli. BMR are not a mining company they are a tailings processor. When has BMR ever planned to mine. Why would they think they would be part of this political action. I believe when the dust settles the licenses will be reinstated but we must proceed quickly now.

Mining License Just when you see light at the end of a very long tunnel WHAM! you get hit right in the nuts. I assume the everyone would now see the Jubilee deal a fantastic deal now. Will the ZG reinstate our mining license. Will there be a vulture seeing an opportunity. Absolutely yes. I hear there might be a company. BMR have taken an eternity to get to production and no wonder the ZG have lost patience hence the ZG have used the delay to withdraw the license. My gut feeling is that ZG is using this as a threat to push EPL implement the project. The easier to grab is the large scale licence as it does not have many issues. But the small one is a nut to crack.....it has a title. Implementing that project is not a walk-in-park like a copper project. It requires highly skilled labour and I believe EPL have reached a level where they should not be disturbed. EPL are pushing ahead on site with plans to build the plant with Jubilee. My belief is we will get the license back. The ZG want jobs. Companies sitting on licenses doing nothing but hoping to sell them is not what they want. Hopefully this is a wake up call for BMR and we can push ahead with our JV plans or we are all f....d.

Re: LSE Valencia you can't be bothered in replying but then proceed to reply with the biggest post in years. You are a lame duck void of any BMR knowledge. The way you turned on Nubie1 on LSE was a disgrace. You have offered nothing but insult a good person who doesn't post anymore most likely because of bully valencia. Do you remember the days of GG when you asked for the information to be displayed first on our little private secret group. I disagreed as the GG were entitled to this information and there was no way i was giving you and others a heads up. Here we go now LSE just think about this . Imagine if there was no ACI. I will repeat it in capitals IMAGINE IF THERE WAS NO ACI. Now Alex has taken alot of stick on ACI but did he actually pull off a tactical success with JLP. OK let's say there was no ACI what deal would JLP offer BMR. If you think the deal isn't great now then think about it if there was no ACI . I would guess a straight 50/50 split on profit and assets at the very best. ACI has allowed AB the opportunity in working with JLP which i believe would be his first option especially in light of metal prices rising and the vanadium that will add extra profit to the process. Now we all know that AB is an accountant he aint no mining guy. Why did AB want BMR? Why has he always been confident in BMR reaching production? If you want to repair and prepare a company for selling what profession would you send in ? .
