Funny what a paranoid croud BMRions are....can't say boo without everyone seeking an ulterior motive...must be trying to crash the price..indeed, whatever....so just so everyone understands - whilst looking for the way forwards - I am equally keen to find a way to seek restitution from those who have conspired to sell PIs down the river...I was questioning Fielding today because he seems to have signed off on MA's July 1st statement whilst knowing it was at best misleading...I als owant ot know what representations have and are being made to the FCA & SFO and who might be caught up in the frame - it could even net in one or two non-Director shareholders - but this should be clearer when reading the related parties notes in the prelims (according to AB)...So the history is only history if you allow the crooks to get away with it...

So...just had a quick chat with Chris Fielding....very interesting....I asked whether he was comfortable with the statement in the July 1stb 2014 from Masoud about expediting production on the plant already in situ in Kabwe..he said, there is plant installed, he has seen it - but it in no way could ever be a serious production unit --hmmm...so i pushed on..."how long have we all been spun?" .....YEARS was his answer, way before WH Ireland became the Nomad....so fun and games to come...and prelims SHOULD come today

Well, just had a little email from AB - and the good news is Furman & Wainwright are not covered in any way by any of the agreements struck by BMR & MA etc...I had been concerned they might have been somehow involved in the shadows of one or other of the connected parties and somehow may have exempted themselves from the risk of action. Not so. However, AB was less than forthcoming on the specific identity of the beneficiary parties to whom the 6p warrants later exercised at 2p and 1.2p ....Was this de facto insider dealing? Still unclear..

Those singing MA's praises over the last few years must have known what he was up to. Could that be the reason these people are saying to forget the past ? MA MUST face the full consequences of his actions, what message does it give out to potential new investors if he is allowed to get away with it. BMR has become a soft touch for corruption and extortion
