btw...there is only upside for Ab and his mates..it is holders who are eating the unappetizing sandwich
harlequin...there are always choices, and i think PIs have a number of difficult choices ahead of them...but if the guilty can be pursued for restitution then i for one think we should leave no stone unturned in this process
or rather misinformation
what isn't sensible? you posted time after time as if you had a detailed inside track. who was feeding you your information?
If you are not prepared to discuss this sensibly I shall leave you to it.
Raz..i recall sending you emails directly asking how come you were so upbeat and you simply would not divulge the source of your insight...well, it is time you came clean
on look who has returned toot toot
Is the penny finally dropping ?
I can see the sense for Ab of leaving nothing to assumption...an only attributing value to an asset when he can prove it...this way, 1. he will crash the sp to .2p, consolidate to 1p...allow new investors in at 1p and at 4p help them increase their money 4x whilst current pid, see holdings value destroyed by 75%...AB will make money for his friends , we the holders are damned without legal action
so has Ab adopted a damage maximisation policy and if so, why?
By the way, go check out Barbara Alikhani on facebook....something quite odd....not one message of condolence or mention of Masoud's alzheimers
well foggy ..as i said, AB told me pre -easter 10/1 consolidation
THE ANSWER to the question, i believe, is the difference between criminal law and civil law: in principle as i understand it - though i am no expert - is that criminal law leads to punishment and civil law is for restitution
based on her facebook page...looks like they have a nice pad in clifton on the western cape too...we should all visit
omg...i have justt found out that Barabara Alikhani and i have mutual acquaintances back in South Africa
