typo - sorry...i intend starting an action, if HSF believe it has legs to sue Masoud and his crew...who is in?
or losses. Even the assets being is Barabara Alikhani's hands is not necessarily a showstopper - but FSH will need to review documents, so who is in?
whilst i will support the name change, i will be voting against the share consolidation because i think it is the worst possible moment to contemplate such a move. I have now spoken with Herbert Smith Freehills and they are sending through forms for engagement
Just had chat with AB whilst driving...the compromise agreeent menas he can't release the juicy details without a court order insisting he does..so that needs to be part of any consideration. Also, as part of their investigations they explored what assets might be recoverable from MA - as you'd expect, it's all in Barbara's name...this is a big issue as there may be nothing to go after...
Good point bryn........if using the same office/address its a bit of a giveaway......is it not.
harlequin on papaer YES in reality YES until proven otherwise. In fact they may be a liability as will they need cleaning up/capped at some stage?
Unlike Laffer & LJC - if an affordable approach can be found with a reasonable prospect of recovering losses from the concerned parties, i for one will be keen to pursue. I don't care about the alikhani's reputation..nor do they..with houses in St jOHNS wood and clifton beach etc...we have been mugged, I WANT JUSTICE
And have you spoken with lawyers valencia - or do you just moan at PIs?
Vlaencia - why has my presence got anything to do with anything? Is that really all you have to add, really?
Civil action is the path for restitution...I will pick this up with herbert smith
BE VERY CAREFUL...AIM has power to punish the company! WE WILL PAY A NEW PRICE FOR MAs CRIMES
lol remove not
scotch that would make more sense ie "once proved" the so called experts have got it wrong before! The key thing here is that insufficient due dilligence was not carried out on a number of occasions. This is the responsibility of all the BOD & Co.
As i said, AB told me 10/1 coming IF WE VOTE FOR IT....I am not otivated to vote for it before leaching process is proved snd assets revalued upwards
However....given the funds available today and cash flow I see no reason for an immediate consolidation. The effort now should be to prove up the leaching process and prove it's viability...this would allowan upwards revaluation of assets and a strengthenIG of the balance sheet and SP before any consolidation and fund raising takes place
