AB has shown his hand and must be opposed. If he was concerned about shareholders he would not be seeking to remove preemption rights. Quite the reverse. He would say - "look, you guys have been through the mill. So we may need to recapitalise but if so, you will have first refusal so any dilution you experience is because you chose not to invest"..instead he offers us double dilution and by next year we will be back to 1billion plus shares and we will have experienced a 90% ownership dilution and value destruction. Simply outrageous.

If there is one reason that PIs should be deeply suspicious, or at least highly sceptical, of AB plans and intentions, it is the people who are now cheerleading him....the very same ones who insisted that Masoud was a business genius. Good lord, what a RNS??? Talking of lords, the current shift towards AB being the new messiah reminds me of the scene from Life of Brian:
"Well, he is the son of God, our Messiah. ...I say you are, lord, and I should know, I've followed a few!" 
Now...who was it who said that consolidation and heavy dilution was the only way forward last year? Who was it who said I'm a troll/paid deramper/basher etc for saying so last summer?
...worth remembering these things before following the ramping team again.

Re: BMR Stream Log Wasn't it dufc/rolex/stuee etc that were asking for payment for their 'in-the-know' research...aided and abetted by the other lead cheerleaders of course.
Heard a noise that there is movement by the regulators towards a full forensic look at the BMR goings on. Good stuff if this is accurate because it won't just be the Masoud side of things in focus, it will also have to look in detail at the orchestrated team approach to misinformation and bullying on the bulletin boards.
On or two people could get their comeuppance

Google Group Anyone know what the BMR Google Group knows? Apparently, they are the ones who will be quids in and laughing at the unbelievers, heretics and peasants...so it must be good?!?!? Gutted I'm not 'in the know'...

Re: BMR Stream Log Couldn't agree more Bugle...sad state of affairs that the most guilty and aggressive posters have not expressed one word of regret. All the signs were there re. Masoud, but if anyone had the gall to mention them on the boards, they were attacked left right and centre in the orchestrated manner that we are now so depressingly familiar with.
Each time I log on I half expect to see the likes of Val and his friends say they've topped up with another £10k ...now, how many shares do they hold again??? lol

The ramping team are acting like it all had nothing to do with them...and seamlessly move onto the next messiah. I'm sure AB is just as "shrewd", "determined to reward loyal investors" etc as the last fella!

A bully with no shame? LJC, I know you read every line on this board, so I'd like to ask you something. I assume that you admit that you have been wrong, wrong and wrong again about everything relating to BMR...and now you pay the price in terms of hard cash. During your BMR posting career, you have attacked and belittled anyone and everyone who has challenged your view of the world and either sold their holding or questioned the business plan or Masoud's capabilities and/or integrity. So here is a direct question: do you regret your attacks (sometimes very, very personal) on the "weak" and "anxious" people who took a BMR-sceptic stance presumably because who didn't know what you knew ("if you could see what is on my computer" etc)? Do you think that this bullying actually resulted in inhabited board discussion, causing PIs not to have access to all the facts (only seeing the ramping version of events) and therefore be in the dire straits they find themselves today? Or do you have no shame?
