Well well well....I decided over the weekend to exit BMR and sell down my holding substantially - the lack of transparency and my own paranoia re ABs true intentions got the better of me....so I decided instead to back my paranoia and put myself on the same side as AB.....how? well I took my losses like a big boy and reinvested into MTR.....lots of headroom for value growth and it would be good to see MTR invest a chunk of cash into BMR post consolidation....GLA
My guess is a lot of those 'buys' are actually sells. Its happened before but lse sheep believe what they want
The 'topping up' brigade must be delighted that they were able to average down on Friday.
Difficult to imagine why anyone would contemplate buying in ahead of the consolidation and dilution.
A fool and his money are easily parted...good morning LSE Ramping Team!
Just a thought but I remember a lot of people feeling much better after speaking with MA too
I wonder who "they" are that want this pushed down. And pushed "down" to what ?
It would be funny if it wasn't so pitiful...the 'averaging down' brigade are hard at it already . They must think that all PIs are morons.
Same old carp being spouted on lse, its like we've never been away
How long before the cheerleaders start announcing that they are topping up?!?!?
DO NOT TRUST those who say they've never sold a share etc etc...they have lied to you, they are lying to you, and they will lie to you again
consider this...IF AB is alloed to proceed unchecked...he consolidates 10/1 and then issues 500m new shares to whoever...perhaps himself, his friends or his own company or a combination thereof and now has c.85% of the equity for £500k with assets of at least £9m. Then, as a majority shareholder we are forced to sell out to him on the same terms and we are wiped out at a pittance and then, miraculously, the assets get revalued upwards again ......in my view we are in danger of being hoodwnked into voting for our own extinction.
