No I don't. My feeling is that approval will be the catalyst though. MA has many faults but by all accounts he has friends with deep pockets.
I read with interest Mick Davis' new venture which was mentioned on LSE earlier - 5 investors have raised $3.75bn between them... Idle speculation but I can see a similar situation occuring with Masoud and perhaps Russian money...?
Relatively speaking it wouldn't take much - $11m to someone like Usmanov is petty cash
Just thinking outloud on my train into Liverpool Street...
Have a great day.
I had a great phone conversation with them. Have to be careful with what I say but the company has acted impeccably with regards to paperwork for the submission. There were a couple of issues that needed clarification and we delivered them a few weeks ago in a timely manner. All is on track for the 11th. Followed it up with a chat with Denis who is as relaxed about the whole thing as I am! All good in the hood.
Has anyone arranged to Skype into the ZEMA public meeting? During one of my recent conversations with ZEMA reps, I asked if BMR has to prove financial viability to get approval...perhaps others should ask the same question.
One of the more honest approaches to BMR analysis in the [link] article: "It seems surprising that given the amount of time the company has had to nail down these off take agreements, the management team hasn’t managed to get a contractual agreement." It also points out what I have been saying since the bunting was put out for Hunan...if they take a chunk of BMR it is not going to be pretty for PIs!!!
Looking forward to a good day here - the bounce off 1.25 is on the way
didn't realise you could post on here too until just now, lol...
A wee knock on the door of 1.25 but we're holding firm. I guess it's a waiting game. Will Masoud surprise us all before April 11th or will the doubters win the day? Stay tuned
Good to see a few of the issues I've been raising popping up in different guises on over the weekend, the most interesting being the realisation of the fact that ZEMA will want to see that BMR is financially viable, with the wherewithal to deliver the plans. ZEMA will want to see money in the bank now, not a promise in the future...so could this be a barrier to approval?
