Are you for real??? which part of HE HAS NOT SOLD UP don't you understand?? bizarre behaviour..???
Scotchoverice on DTM 18/03/14: "well..i have been selling and sadly will now continue. i just had a very snappy conversation with MA having had a slew of emails ignorred of the past few days. I asked him if BMR was planning to do anything, make any statement, that might prop up confidence. He laughed and said I was asking him to tell me something not known to the markets. I retorted that the SP was in free fall and needed action to support it. I then asked why he had not given shareholders clarity on the Zema timetable which had been available to the public. He claimed (a) shareholders calling zema had "upset zema" (I retorted, had there been clarity no one would have had to call); second, that the timetable had been given to shareholders in Feb. He then said, we issue more than enough statements through the year, we won't be saying anything more. Something, in my opinion, feels wrong."
Good grief man...are you serious?
Let's get this chat back to BMR...why have the off-take talks gone from 'advanced' status to 'continuing'?
Zzzzzzz
Morning Keith, I myself enjoyed a nice 3 mile run this morning, its great to be out and not staring at a screen all day isn't it. You've not missed much here, just the usual wild unfounded accusations made by the gloomy crew, anyway enjoy your day and lets wait for the game changing news coming our way.
...for not posting as promised earlier. Got a very pleasant phone call last night and have just come back from a round at Wentworth. What a course! A few of the members were a bit stuffy but I think I held my own. Well worth the early start and much more pleasant playing out of the rough rather than hacking through some of the rubbish on the boards.
If you get the chance to play it you should bite their hands off.
Best part of it? We played with Ross Fisher FFS!!
Anyway, apologies for the off-topic but had to share the reasons for my lack of activity here.
How is everyone here?
No news today from MA...So here are some thoughts from me after reading and re-reading the EIS as downloaded from the ZEMA site. We have 2 projects to approve: Wsh Plant Tailings and Leach Plat Tailings (requiring $11m investment) and the Copper Processing Plant (requiring $465k investment)....Let's assume we get ZEMA approval in the last 2 weeks of April (and best case is a straight yes, with no added conditions that might slow progress from here) we have $11.5m to find to get things in place. A couple of questions and considerations arise: 1. Where will we get $11.5m from vs market cap of $43.0m? Well there are £2.292m of 2p warrants outstanding. Maybe Hunan will buy new shares and at current prices this would give them a 30% - 33% depending on how preferential a buying price they secure. This could be a reason why the Board aren’t buying, as they may think it sensible to hold off until the associated shakedown and price drop occurs – and pick up new shares at 1p – 1.5p? Who knows, pure speculation. But if not Hunan, from where? 2. It is of course, entirely possible, the money will form some type of loan against off-take agreements – but again, this is speculation 3. An $11.5m build doesn’t feel like a fast piece of work, so how long does it take from a ZEMA yes, to full on processing of the tailings? Increasingly this looks like 2015 for me – although the CPP at just $465k may come on stream much faster What are the implications (for me?) 1. I have stated I am reviewing my buy stance. My position was that any price under 2.5p was a bargain. I need to revise this. In the absence of clarity and reassurance from MA – his silence over my questions is louder than I like, and the lack of clarity as to how the $9m shortfall will be met, I now see the short-term risk profile being too great. 2. As a result I believe caution and liquidity are sensible short-term options – at least until the long term funding position is clear----Looks like you were right Schaden
I wonder if we will see any representation in person or via remote means from international environmental groups?
what has gone wrong with the off-take negotiations? From 'advanced' to continuing really requires some explanation.
delighted to see two kindred spirits coming together to announce each other as 'legends' yesterday...hilarious and heart warming all at the same time I think we are all concerned about the accuracy of messages emerging from tomorrow's meeting, but let's hope candour wins the day. Difficult to imagine that anyone new to BMR will want to buy in at this stage with so much unknown about the level of dilution that awaits. So many questions and and so few answers...
