i know for myself when i first started playing with shares i relied on the boards for support/information, now i use them mainly for conversation/passing time, not to guide my trading decisions

i don't think the few dozen regular contributors on the boards are representative of most PI's in fact im pretty sure most PI's don't use the boards

I think that it is PIs holding this over 2p...you have to remember the mentality of PIs who have bought in at high levels and now would rather contemplate a possible get out in the future, rather than a massive loss today....so common on AIM. Overvalued companies keeping their heads above water thanks to desperate/hopeful PIs

and MA can't prevent a hostile takeover either. for that reason if one comes i hope the price has improved beforehand

15:25 07/02/2014

if a takeover comes at this price the most itll be for will be about 2.5-3p (providing it's hostile) companies don't pay hundreds of percentage points premium usually

It's what the Chinese like to do...buy for a song...then delist...PIs left holding only their withered genitalia!

15:22 07/02/2014

as i said something is holding it up. be it PI's or II's

15:22 07/02/2014

it's not far fetched, it's possible II's can and do hold in investment vehicles to avoid their interests becoming notifiable

15:22 07/02/2014

it could happen. there are obvious advantages to taking the company private - esp for the Chinese if they do a takeover

Okay, you seem open to lots of far fetched ideas. Do you think that BMR could be delisted (either temporary or permanent)?
