Anthracis i will leave this one for you. BMR submitted there EIS a number of days ago. The EIS was uploaded on the ZEMA website instantly. This tells you that ZEMA are happy and are pressing ahead at turbo speed.

how long ZEMA will take in their approval is the current issue. Africans don't tend to be in much of a hurry

I think ZEMA will have every incentive to approve BMR's plan if they possibly can, the ZG has made the cleanup of kabwe a priority. if they don't let BMR do it it will be years before anyone else does.

Shame he wastes all his time on here really. He must lead a very sad and lonely life thats all I can say.
