Well, just had a little email from AB - and the good news is Furman & Wainwright are not covered in any way by any of the agreements struck by BMR & MA etc...I had been concerned they might have been somehow involved in the shadows of one or other of the connected parties and somehow may have exempted themselves from the risk of action. Not so. However, AB was less than forthcoming on the specific identity of the beneficiary parties to whom the 6p warrants later exercised at 2p and 1.2p ....Was this de facto insider dealing? Still unclear..

Those singing MA's praises over the last few years must have known what he was up to. Could that be the reason these people are saying to forget the past ? MA MUST face the full consequences of his actions, what message does it give out to potential new investors if he is allowed to get away with it. BMR has become a soft touch for corruption and extortion

..Though BMR will be producing concentrates not zinc or lead for delivery..at least that's what MA said...
