whilst i will support the name change, i will be voting against the share consolidation because i think it is the worst possible moment to contemplate such a move. I have now spoken with Herbert Smith Freehills and they are sending through forms for engagement

Just had chat with AB whilst driving...the compromise agreeent menas he can't release the juicy details without a court order insisting he does..so that needs to be part of any consideration. Also, as part of their investigations they explored what assets might be recoverable from MA - as you'd expect, it's all in Barbara's name...this is a big issue as there may be nothing to go after...

Unlike Laffer & LJC - if an affordable approach can be found with a reasonable prospect of recovering losses from the concerned parties, i for one will be keen to pursue. I don't care about the alikhani's reputation..nor do they..with houses in St jOHNS wood and clifton beach etc...we have been mugged, I WANT JUSTICE
