Re: Why the raise? Well it looks to me like a lot of buying this morning after a lot of shares were unloaded before trading started, but I don't have L2 nor insight into the machinations of shorters and MM's to know if those explain it.

Why the raise? No RNS, yet the SP jumps 20%....

Re: Robbing Peter to pay Paul Hey Spankaroo,Just seen this. Sorry for the slow response. Been a very busy few weeks. The company have stated repeatedly that the debt has been repaid. If, in fact, Wogen have covered this, then I guess the reverse question is, is there any evidence that there is a debt outstanding to Wogen? I can't see anything on the balance sheets, but correct me if I am wrong.Either way, the buy out of YD, whoever they are (and they clearly wish to remain anonymous) is a sheer master stroke. I didn't honestly believe the rumours that it would happen. And it did. And for 11 million, of which most was shares at 9.2p, and the rest is covered from the Atlas funds. A bonus for the mysterious YD as you say, but a bonus for BMN no doubt as well. There is some skulduggery going on I have no doubt, but it seems to be a case of you scratch my back, I'll scratch yours, and all fair in the game of love and war.The importance of taking a controlling take in Vametco simply cannot be underestimated however. It is sublime for the company.I appreciate your caution and care on this. It is eminently sensible. But having been invested here for the past few years and seeing how FM has rapidly pulled the vanadium play here together, is incredible. No other AIM mining share I've been tapped into the past decade or so has done anything half as impressive. That is not to say that it won't all be derailed somehow in the future, or that some dirty secret is lurking in the background. This is AIM. But I just don't think there is. And am putting my money on that. This company is rapidly becoming a major player is a Vanadium market that is becoming very exciting. Demand in the steep sector is string, and VRFBs could just be the icing on the cake. But it's just the icing. Let's see how 2018 plays out and reflect again this time next year (and in the interim of course!). Hopefully we will both be toasting the groundwork that has gone done thus far.Happy Xmas! H

Re: Robbing Peter to pay Paul Humball - i was sent a link to look at Bushveld's admission document. I have been looking through SMC's the finances for the 6mths to 30th June 2017 and it's impossible, as stated by the company, the debt for the acquisition was repaid out of Vametco's cash flow. Not even with the forward selling of inventory. My statement that Wogan settled the debt stands and from what I can see no disclosure has been given what security Bushveld Vametco has had to put up. Further, who is Yellow Dragon? Again no details - $4.5m could be going to anyone, and a nice xmas bonus to boot.

Re: C'mon AE Good few years since I was last here. And here to promote a mineral resource... Lithium.DYOR but certain it will appeal to BMN holders.EMH........ EUROPEAN METAL HOLDINGS.Fallen from grace, sitting on the largest European Lithium deposits.Due a re-rating to at least double what it is today. Will allow profiteering but without the mega crash afterwards.DYOR...EMH : European Metals Holdings.Year High 84p Fund Raising at 36p Todays sp 40p Despite announcing Europes Largest Lithium resource. With so much talk and chat about Battery powered cars etc, where is the Lithium going to come from.Early bird catches the worm etc etc.European Metals Holdings Limited (LON:EMH) (ASX:EMH) has announce a further upgrade of its JORC compliant Indicated Mineral Resource at the Cinovec Lithium/Tin Project in the Czech Republic, confirming its status as the largest Lithium resource in Europe.[link] Drillhole CIS-9 returned one of the best results of the Company's drilling program to date: 204.6m averaging 0.44% Li2O, (and within it [email protected]%Li2O; [email protected]%Sn, [email protected]%Sn, [email protected]%Sn and 0.179%W).· Drillhole CIS-8 returned a continuous relatively high-grade lithium mineralization interval that includes multiple zones of tin and tungsten mineralization: 152.5m averaging 0.41% Li2O, (and within it [email protected]%Sn, [email protected]%Sn and 0.077%W, [email protected]%Sn).· In the eastern part, the best results are from CIS-7, with 45.5m averaging 0.37% Li2O, and 102m averaging 0.31%Li2O, with strong tin and tungsten credits ([email protected]%Sn and second interval includes [email protected]%Sn and [email protected]%W).European Metals CEO Keith Coughlan said "We are very pleased that not only have we competed the planned drilling program on time and within budget, but that the results are excellent, in particular with respect to the two infill drillholes on the western part of the Cinovec South deposit. These drillholes intersected strong lithium mineralization with significant tin and tungsten contents. The results from this drilling will allow the Company to convert additional resources to the Indicated status and further optimize the Cinovec South mine plan. The geological and resource model upgrade is now underway."[link] INCREASE IN INDICATED RESOURCE AT CINOVEC SOUTHEuropean Metals Holdings Limited ("European Metals" or "the Company" (ASX & AIM: EMH) is pleased to announce a further upgrade of its JORC compliant Indicated Mineral Resource at the Cinovec Lithium/Tin Project in the Czech Republic, confirming its status as the largest Lithium resource in EuropeThe Company has recently completed a four-month drilling campaign at Cinovec South, comprising six core drillholes for 2,697.1m meters, with the goal of closing 'gaps' in the existing resource model in and around the initial planned mining areas and upgrading part of the resource from the Inferred category to the higher confidence Indicated category. The results, summarised below, are satisfactory and exceeded expectations.· For the entire Cinovec deposit (South and North), the drilling added 39.4 Mt of Mineral Resource grading 0.41% Li2O and 0.04% Sn (0.1% Li cutoff), or 220kt tonnes of lithium carbonate (LCE).· Majority of resource increase (97%) is at Cinovec South where initial mining is planned.· The Indicated Mineral Resource category increased by 7% to [email protected]% Li2O.European Metals Managing Director Keith Coughlan said, "This drill program targeted areas of low historic data density with the aim of bringing these areas, which lie adjacent to the planned initial mining area, to Indicated Resource category so they can be used in the ongoing definitive feasibility study. The drilling was a success wit

Madagascar On the face of it, great news:[link] worry is relying on the Malgache goverment to make the necessary and on time investment in the power plant AND pay for the coal taken. Madagascar is a textbook. A geological jewel box run by sticky fingers leading to one of the poorest countries in the world.

Re: Demerger details I'm not sure but I thought it was this:if the company was worth 100 million on the books85% was transferred as an asset the 15 is converted into shares at a rate of 0.899shares in issue for Bushveld is 807 million so 72.55 million shares would be issued. so 15/72.55 would equal the SP. In the short term that would come off the SP for BMN , but I thnk it would recover pretty quickly when the news of all the other stuff comes think and fast in the next few months. We'll fin out very soon anyway as the dates were completed by end of the week.

Demerger details Coming your way soon:[link] anyone provide the details in layman terms?

Re: Robbing Peter to pay Paul fyzo - not sure this claim is true. The Russian wanted out off Vamentco for a long time. It started in 2011 when the locals demanded rights to their land and had to give up equity under BEE. It also wanted royalties on production. The Brit acquisition still haven't had its licences renewed from what I can see in the latest account and BMN doesn't have full ownership and has a revenue share with the previous owner. I estimate BMN will be down to around £350,000 in cash by the end of November and nothing will be remitted down to the PLC from Vamentco for the foreseeable future, so the loan note provider will be selling so the conversion can happen. The after market volumes yesterday IMHO confirm this is beginning to happen . Cash is everything and I'm afraid BMN doesn't have much

Re: Robbing Peter to pay Paul Yes Vametco has always been profitable. Evraz only had a limited future supply of ore though, and once Fortune decided to buy Brits before they did, it effectively killed their operation. That's why I continue to stay fully invested in BMN, the man is always one step ahead, and sooner or later the market will see his strategy unfold, and BMN will attain it's true value
