Re: Perfect storm coming 1.75m is a huge amount compared to my piddley 50,000. Good to see that you have the belief it will soar. I would retire now and have some fun in the sun 😎
Re: Perfect storm coming Nobblynick. Sirius is certainly not a gamble however compare the two and BMN are way ahead of the game. I sold out of Sirius, making an excellent profit and reinvested the lot into BMN. Sirius to me is a long term investment and has an excellent board, having met them at a York AGM, however the huge debt and time to market for their potash makes BMN, in my opinion, a far better bet with more news imminent. My average with BMN stands at 5p per share and I truly believe we should see at least 50p by year end. The Webinair this week should also be interesting and I would advise anyone considering investing into BMN to watch it this Thursday 1pm. To watch just register with the BMN website.Certainly not my casino percentage, holding 1.75 million shares, and now a serious once in a lifetime investment for me however anyone looking in please always DYOR and best of luck with SXX Nobblynick.
Re: Perfect storm coming Interesting. ......I also have both shares and am hanging on to sirius shares as a long term gamble, albeit not a huge amount. Got in here ar 4p and will also hang on. Are you re investing your sxx into bmn? Both these shares are part of my casino percentage that could do anything.........fun to play with.
Re: Perfect storm coming Sold all my Sirius shares. This will hit 40p shortly.
Re: Perfect storm coming Brilliant news les paul. This exceeds any other share I have owned during 35 years of trading. Stunning Q1 resultS from the historical low of 1.5p to todays 20p plus. Enjoying the moment with the possibility of £1 in two years time or a buy out before then.
Re: Perfect storm coming Nice summery there Quink.. cannot disagree with any of it.My portfolio valuation for BMN has just exceeded 1000% for the first time. In fact its something ive been hoping to hit for the past twenty five years and worthy of blowing a trumpet.May you all enjoy your success!
Perfect storm coming Copied from GeometAt 731 tons V for Q1, selling at $61,800/t and production cost of $18,900/t, I get $31m of operating profit. I assume overhead of $4m/quarter and income tax of 28%and I get a post tax net income per quarter of $19.6m. Take away from this the 40.9% that BMN doesnt own and I get a net income of $11.6m attributable to BMN. This translates to an EPS of $0.011 per share or GBP0.008 per share at $1.41/GBP.But the GBP0.008 per share is only for a quarter. If I'm lazy and I simply multiply this by 4 quarters in a year, the full year 2018 EPS is GBP0.031 per share. At aprice earnings of 12x, the target SP for me (DYOR) is GBP0.37 per share. But I know that production figures will be higher in Q2, Q3 and Q4 of 2018. I also know that V prices have averaged $70k in Q2 and I expect this price to stay at or near this level in Q3 and Q4. I also dont want to ignore the big elephants in the room- brownfield acquistion- Sojitz share acquisition- Mokopane license- Afritin start of production- progress in Imaloto- BritsI dont think I have enough zeroes in my calculator. Never a dull moment for BMN.
Re: Muted market response Me thinks that the recent move upwards in the sp was in the anticipation of the RNS, so it's already in the SP. The old adage buy on rumour sell on news and all that! Don't forget that this was a few pence not that long ago.The SP will probably be a lot higher than this later in the year as everything starts to come to fruition.
Re: Bit of a tumble this morning I would imagine it was simply profit taking. I was tempted but no, the long term story is too compelling. Interestingly, APF is being boosted a bit on the back of interest in V2O5 (plus cobalt and nickel) which we have in my wife's SIPP.
Bit of a tumble this morning Was that a tree shake for the mms to buy a bit cheaper today? If it was, not enough takers I'm afraid at <5million trades, & now in positive territory again. I'm in for a bit longer yet, as I'vee been in & out for 4 years. But a 10 day consecutive rise is brilliant!
When are full year results due? I can't find dates on their website or ii, I'd be grateful to know
Re: IMO 2018 is going to be spectacular. Oh I do hope you're right. It is looking like this company might enable me to retire at long last! But chicken-counting is not wise, so lets just keep the powder dry and cross fingers (excuse the mixed up metaphors!)
Re: IMO 2018 is going to be spectacular. Any day now when the Q1 Vanadium sales hit the screens then the high end of 20p should easily be reached. The first of many company great RNSs due this year. DYOR
Re: IMO 2018 is going to be spectacular. Using the production guidance of 3,680 tonnes, FeV at $75 per kg and all in costs of $25 per kg (conservative),Vametco generates $184m net profits, our share is $107m. That gives us profits after tax of £55m and a forward PE of just 3.69 at the current share price of 19p.Production increases to 5,000 tonnes pa, increases our share of profits after tax to £75m, giving us a forward PE of just 2.70.Taking out Sojitz and producing 5,000 tonnes pa at the current FeV price increases our profits after tax to £95m, giving a forward PE of just 2.14, at the current share price of 19p. With our amazing growth prospects, if we assume a fair PE is 15, that would give us a share price based on those figures of £1.33!...,and the FeV price almost certainly has further to rise from here increasing profits further! This just takes into account Vametco. Bring on Mokopane, Brits, Bushveld Energy, electrolyte, Eskom, Imaloto coal, etc! DYOR of course
IMO 2018 is going to be spectacular. Based on Quick Ink's imho brilliant post, I'm inSeems like a lot of others too from the volume when all else is having a slow day
