So what now? Any ideas what is going to happen next? I thought we were ready for another rerate given the news flow. All that news and the SP is pretty stable at the moment. I assume the market wants to see some results and how well everything goes in the coming months.I had a target price of 10p when I bought in a few years ago, but given the progress I may look to up that, Although will probably take some profits if it goes above that.
Re: From the LSE board Yes.. due another re-rate with all that lovely info..LSE is an absolute 'mine' of information.. and BMN one of the best boards ive ever seen.
Re: From the LSE board Its going to blow big time now!

Re: Now 20 days You can sleep easily now, EasyBrent. The CEO was as good as his word and no need for dilution to repay the bridge loan.

Re: 21 days and nothing new "In 21 days Bushveld will need to find a way finance the bridge loan. Equity placing anyone?"Before I respond to this clear attempt to try and raise doubt in the mind of investors by using the term "Equity Placing" without any argument to substantiate it, I'd best first correct it.In 21 days BUSHVELD VANADIUM LTD will need to find a way finance the bridge loan. Equity placing anyone? - Note the correction - it's BUSHVELD VANADIUM LTD who have the loan - not BMN, and it's BUSHVELD VANDIUM LTD who have to pay off the loan, not BMN.Now I can see no benefit in BUSHVELD VANDIUM LTD paying off the bridging loan early. In the two month period of the bridging loan BUSHVELD VANDIUM LTD will have produced 475 metric tonnes of Vanadium which at $28.5 per kg is worth $13.5m of revenues. If you couple this with the existing $12m of stock you can see that BUSHVELD VANDIUM LTD is cash rich, and consequently would be in a position to pay off the bridging loan at the end of the 2 month period - using the profit from Vanadium sales. If you look at the 20th March 2017 RNS you can see that BUSHVELD VANDIUM LTD signed an agreement with Wogen Resources Ltd for the sale and marketing of Vanadium. I believe Wogen will be selling the $12m Vanadium stock for BUSHVELD VANDIUM LTD, in order to partially fund the bridge loan, along with the sales of the Vandium produced during the two month period of the loan, which have current offtake agreements.Going back to BMN - Due to the strong (and realistic) share price, warrants are being sold into the market, and this is providing funding for BMN's day to day operations. Of course it's only a matter of time before the 8 and 10p warrants be will be exercised, which will again provide more funds for BMN, removing the need for an equity raise. Finally, too quote analyst John Meyer from his Vox markets podcast interview on 20th April."They have done what is one of the cleverest deals I have ever seen in my career, probably the cleverest. They've just acquired a vanadium producing business in South Africa which is throwing off very large amounts of cash and having signed that deal some months ago with a Russian group called Evraz, who for various reasons decided to leave South Africa completely, having signed that when the vanadium price was low, now that the vanadium price has virtually doubled, they have .. er ..constructed a deal where they are buying the business using the cash flows that the business has created over the last few months since the deal was signed. So it is an astonishingly smart deal."

Re: 35 days to go "Placing at 5-6p might solve it? "In the two month period of the bridging loan (which they might as well utilise fully, as there is no benefit of paying it off early), BVL will have produced 475 metric tonnes of Vanadium which at $28.5 per kg is worth $13.5m of revenues. If you couple this with the existing $12m of stock you can see that BVL is cash rich, and consequently would not need to conduct a placing. To quote analyst John Meyer from his Vox markets podcast interview on 20th April."They have done what is one of the cleverest deals I have ever seen in my career, probably the cleverest. 35 days to go Until Bushveld will have to find a way to refinance the bridge loan. Placing at 5-6p might solve it?
