LOL!There has only being about a dozen trades here since May.......Although listed as an engineering company & was once a ship repairer;it still retains a small engineering business in Newport,S Wales.The company is mainly a property & leisure business with interests in Malta,Tanzania (Oyster Bay Hotel Dar es Salaam & BeHo Safari Lodge),South Africa plus some residual holdings in Newport.About 85% of shares are owned by Charles Bailey & around another 7% by two other holders.
