Re: Topping up time..... sold right at the bottom mate why does the dumb money always do that?look at the uptrend you should have been bailing in the 60s

Re: Topping up time..... Hit my stop loss yesterday. I will be looking to pick these up again, but at a number starting with a 4.No doubt these are an excellent long term bet though.GLA

Re: Topping up time..... Yes agree. Having unloaded 75% of my holding at 63 ( missed the top) I've now re-entered at 56.5. Not a big profit but bought me a few more shares. Spot price has fallen over the past few days explaining this drop but the longer term ( 12-18 months) prospect is looking very rosy. Going forward I expect to see more and more long term take off contracts signed with BKY which will really drive their SP. £1 is my target

Re: Topping up time..... Holding on with nerves of steel for next year. Trust your 'look into the Future' is justified!

Topping up time..... thank you so much. Has to be one of the best holds for 2018 production start. Good luck all holders.

RNS Global X continuing to build their stake. To have 6% of an AIM minnow in a portfolio dominated by the big names in uranium ( Cameco, UPC NexGen etc) suggests they are very confident about the prospects with BKY

Re: Global X Management RNS Think we'll see more of this before any of the yellow stuff comes out of the ground. This is one of the best junior explorer/miners at moment who will be coming on line at exactly the right time as U235 set to go into short supply.Remember BKY was due to be sold to the russian miner Severstal back in 2010 for around the £1 mark - before the most recent collapse in spot price. And that was before the latest increases in the resource base. Investmnent companies will be taking positions anticipating a sale at some point

Global X Management RNS This is interesting, a New York based Investment company buying up 5% of the company. They seem to be of the opinion that this little company in Spain is going to be delivering something of worth.AIMHO of course

Re: Compromïs calls for precautionary st... Hi Aug, I looked at GCL which is an ETF and holds shares in other U308 companies. A large part of the rise in SP over the past 6 months is the fall in value of £Stg and for UK holders it is a hedge on the £ post BREXIT. Perhaps the steam has gone out of GCL following sale of 1m shares by City of London Investments last week. It would not be unusual for such a share to fall to 60% to 70% of the NAV which (in this case) is advised daily.I think that BKY is a much better long term bet based on very low mining costs and when they get to production (if ever ??) they will be one of the largest in the world and the only significant one in EU. If there was not this latest objections from local environmentalists which might significantly delay production I would be more confident and would have BKY as a strong buy.A definite one to watch.

Soy de la comunidad local I live in Retortillo, a few meters from the mine is my house. It is the local community that is strongly opposed and it is the one that will end this mine and the value of your actions. My shares of Berkeley were sold in 2009-2010 at a price of 1.85 AU dollars. My house and the damages it may cause me were then paid by Berkeley generously. Friends never missed the train I was always in and with insider information. Are you sure you have not heard of the Super Corruption in this country of sinverguenzas? For this mine has come up here from the hand of corruption, are imputed Alcades, Councilors and even a European commissioner and his commission agent and if there is something that works is The National Court. My only intention is to warn you of the danger.

Re: Compromís calls for precautionary st... Its not just BKY the whole uranium sector is poised for take off after a decade of neglect. Just look at performance of GCL over the past month or 2. The uranium market is complex and spot price has little to do with valuations. Whats critical are the forward contracts where price is agreed for years to come. BKY is currently filling their order book with these at prices far in excess of current spot as the market is anticipating Uranium will go into short supply from 2019 onward - just as BKY production starts to come on line. As a low cost producer their profit margins are very good and this is what is driving the current price action. Having said this i''ve sold 2/3ds of my holding in BKY in favour of GCL where I think the downside risk will be lower.
