Re: Dividend As the old company paid dividends on the way to closure ,perhaps the 740 is a per centage /equivalent .The new company when it relists shall no longer pay dividends .It will be too small for such luxuries , being less than £10 million MCAP .I hope ypou have lots of shares MrExcited , you should be about this one .
