Well said dazThis is just a lifestyle company run for the benefit of Mines & Standen with our money.Not even any attempts to win new business anymore and no updates on all of the previously touted deals.I would imagine they are currently deciding what whopper they will have to tell the public for the next round of mugging them for more cash.

When everyone else moves into tea !Since Mines gave away the manufacturing plant to Sphere Biome hasn't been about winning orders, remember it costs them more to produce the goods than they can sell them for. It's been about getting research grants in the name of 'we're saving the planet' purely to fund Mines and Standens salaries, bonuses (for what I have no idea) and fictitious business plans that no one is allowed to see.

When will they sell a coffee capsule! With the lack of posts on here, obviously because Biome are giving us nothing to talk about, I wonder just how many of those who posted regularly a couple of years ago, still hold or have they sold out long ago as I did.I think all have by now given up on waiting for that all important RNS stating a contract on that forever tomorrow promise of coffee capsules.

Interesting Coffee fact My son bought some Kopi luwak yesterday, it is the most expensive coffee in the world.It is produced from coffee beans which have been digested by a certain Indonesian cat-like animal called the palm civet or also civet cat.So its something that has been passed as poo and is expensive, I will say no more!

Biome best day for weeks. Fantastic day for Biome, all todays trades are buys (sarcasm sometimes beats humour).A single trade that cost less than what's in the companies tea fund, and that not counting the biscuits!

Re: Volume I am surprised that with only 8 shares available that more people didn't fight over them and force the price up! Hopefully we get another meaningless statement from Biom soon saying that it met with their expectations?

Still no smell of coffee And yet another week goes by without a smell of a coffee capsule contract.If it goes on at this rate with losses continuing the sp will not be worth a bean, coffee or otherwise!

Re: Interims Well said, Peter Alan,Yesterday I read a report by a top entrepreneur who stated that, 'It matters not that a company have the best products if their management are inefficient'.We do not know if Biome have world beating products or not, because as you say, they have not really brought any to commercialisation on any scale, but I know what most of us think of the management level of efficiency!

Re: Interims I totally believe that many things have reached the commercialisation stage. Unfortunately BIOME never actually commercialises them.

Re: Interims Interim results.Improved margins to 39% (H1 2014: 35%)Increased margins mean nothing if things don't sell!New product line within Biome Bioplastics has reached the commercialisation stage and is expected to deliver revenue in H2 2015.Didn't they say similar re expected revenue in 2014!Encouraging order flow received.Where!!!!!Proof would be nice via an RNS re an order!The Board believes that the Group remains on target.Again didn't they say similar in 2014 and for many years before that!Single-serve coffee market to levels similar to those in the first half of 2014.Again where are the orders, or have I missed them!.The problem with Biome is that it is so hard to believe all the promises after being strung along for so many years.Whilst I am sure there are many out there who feel I am continually knocking the company, I assure them that should Biome show me just one clear sign that they are finally pushing the fringes of a profit that looks sustainable, I will acknowledge so!If anyone can show me that they have, please do so!In the mean time the sp just drops and drops!
