Re: what a fiddle one can only wonder and guess at the reasoning behind this. most long-term investors including the significant holdings (over 80% of shares ) will be locking in a hefty loss. us small fish probably don't enter into the equation.

Re: what a fiddle I can't see it either - just the press release with extracts from the circular. Tender offer is to an extremely tight timetable of only a week clearly intended to favour the insiders. Strategy now is to sell up and return cash to shareholders.

just dont understand this one huge turnaround. Trading on a PE of 2.3 AND a shed load of cash generation... this has to be one of the bargains of the year

results the company said its achivement was huge - "This was a complex task, requiring broad revisions to intricate processes and historical practices. I cannot overstate both the challenge and the success."i'm impressed at how this company has managed to pay off so much debt over the years even though its revenue streams have been in severe "secular decline". it also has provisions for the fines from the legal settlement. now it is debt free and its cash ($15.1m) is almost as big as its mcap (£15.18 after today's sp hike). it's still generating revenues, profits and cash. and it is looking to alternative revenues - "our direct billing initiative has developed solid traction." and now they have "initiated a strategic review." though there are plenty of uncertainties and the longterm sp history is hideous, all in all, i've been tempted to dip a toe in - this must surely be the best chance in years.
