Re: Saved!!! See the LSE site, something on there but I could find no details. Clock, can you provide a link?
Re: Clockwork... well said Kev,whichever way investors have voted, it should be respected. This is the 4th company I have had shares in that have gone to the wall in 17 years. I call myself an investor but if we are honest most of us just gamble for that multi-bagger that will take us on to easy street by the back lane.I know I do.may peace and love be with all BHR investors
Clockwork... Let it go mucker....it's gone, jibes and bitching ain't getting your hard earnt back.
Re: Saved!!! You know the NO voters, the BHR action group they are to mount a legal challenge, lawyers the lot but first they will meet with admin mob....hoo rah2!!!
Re: Saved!!! Not heard anything can you explain more.I doubt we will get everything back myself but if we get something that would be good
i thought the class action was no win no fee
if the pi`s need to vote 1. were do we need to go to vote and when 2.if it is London can we get enough people from enough towns and cites around the uk to hire out coaches to go and show our hands
Saved!!! It is good to see the NO voters are to finance a campaign action to get all our investments back. Hoo rah!!!
Buff - there are some great people working on behalf of shareholders. Andy, Katie red are putting so much effort in at the moment. There may be a stage where us pi's need to vote. If this is the case I'd suggest all to attend a meeting for a show of hands. This bod must have the worst record in history for ruining a company. Let's hope with the dodgy recent dealings they'll be looked into , found out and put behind bars for a considerable length of time. Keep the faith and pressure on to stand a chance of getting what we deserve back. Good luck.
sorry for sounding like i dont know what is going on i know that bhr are in administration but if there is any money to be retrieved form this donkey how do we get it do we just wait here until something happens have got to sign up with some specialist lawyer write letters to anyone ....you get the idea how do we get our investment back or is it curl up and die time can someone advise
The deeper we dig the more dirt will be dug up in my opinion. It now looks to me as they were only interested in lining they're own and pals pockets. I've lost about 14 k here no that much compared to others and much more than a few others. I'm not prepared to just walk away, happy to help with anything I can do. Even if it's a trip to Moz to dig a few holes. Obviously to get a few shovel gulls of coal !!! I also think it would be worth getting share holders together for a private meeting. Entry on the basis you have hard evidence you own shares in the company and also a passport to confirm who you are. Just in case a few insides decide to turn up. Big thanks to Andy Katie, red & others that's so deeply involved on our part. Thank you guys.
Thank you Andy and all the other people behind the scenes who are fighting our cause. Keep the good work up Andy and lets get a positive result.
BHR action group I hold over 7 million shares and have been an investor for over 5 years. I am a retired doctor and have no particular financial skills (obviously!) but if you are looking for someone like me to attend, I'm happy to volunteer.
Re: BHR Action Group Well done the action group for getting a shoe in. I am a little suprised in view of the fact that Vitol gets the lot for a $1 in the event of an administration, that they appear to be working to find a solution almost against their own interests.Maybe they figure, like the commercial market at the moment, that there's no call for the product, that they just don't want the assetts but like us PI's, want their money back.At the risk of throwing good money after bad, (done that - again) and noting the possibility thatPI's might, just might, perhaps, as noted in the bb discussions, be prepared to stump up for a special share issuewith a company under a new EXPERIENCED board, maybe the action group can come up with a way to determine shareholders interest for such a proposition.
BHR Action Group This has appeared on the LSE Discussion BoardQuote:They have been appointed by BHR as insolvency practitioners, they will either prove to be impartial or risk being voted out by us. The largest debtor, (Vitol), or a collection of debtors, (i.e.us) can remove them and re-appoint new administrators by a vote. My feeling would be they will act impartially given they know investigations of management are pending and a class action is in the wings. They will not risk the professional reputation of their company to save a couple of chancers from the guillotine. why would they.. !! We have furnished them with all information relating to management / auditor and nomad decisions. Even the hairdresser should be able to figure out he's a patsy.. !! Having just opened e-mails we have been invited to an initial meeting with the administrators on either Friday this week or Monday next. It would be good if we can widen out the action group to ensure democracy prevails amongst us, as has been previously requested. Representatives from the action group will attend but it would be highly desired if a long term holder / somebody who can bring something to the party is prepared to join the meeting, the only caveat being; Jones and Karstel, don't bother applying we think you have done enough.. The initial response we have from the administrators seems conducive to work with us.
