They can shove it..... with their sodding RNS this afternoon., come crawling now. Vote NO to all resolutions!
The BOD have pretty much acknowledged they are no longer in control - the funders are in the driving seat and intend to park it on their own plot.IMO our only hope is a no vote and sale of assets on the open market.
Re: ....me too.... ND, Is it paranoia to understand that the PI is getting the thinnest end of a raw deal as compared to the BOD and major creditors. With all due respect most PI's have invested more than their holiday fund. Running a company involves managing changing environments. Have the BOD demonstrated this? Have they made similar sacrifices to their own remuneration before diluting the PI into nothing? or is it better instead to blame us PI's for not investing elsewhere and having faith in the BOD?Re: "I am the first person to blame myself for losing this cash". - were you paid by the BOD to say that? If not, they must love you.
Re: Vote registered A big NO......... I wonder if the Directors are buying these up now to increase their holdings to negate the No's ?Keep themselves in a job a little longer ........?
Re: Vote registered which way?
Vote registered 15.7m of them.........Have to wait and see now
Re: ....me too.... Is everyone planning on dialling in to the conference call tomorrow? I think it would be interesting to hear what they say in their own words rather than hiding behind RNSs. I am fully prepared to support them providing they answer the questions that I have snet to SBM and convince me that there is no other option than following our money...
....me too.... .......and I didn't think they cared ! About anyone except Darwin that is.
...I'll run with this offer... .....latest RNS is a step in the right direction. The protest group may get a bit more out of it, but I don't think there is much left in the pot. Forget admin or receivership... just think London Mining...we'd get nowt - zero - rien !! and Jindal would snap up the rail contract from PWC or whoever for next to nothingA bit of financial stability, a bit of liquidity and in twelve monrths time, there actually may be a functioning mining company with some value.....Beacon Hill Resources.
Re: RNS So does this mean that PIs will be offered the same deal as Darwin et al? Does anyone know what your broker does with your vote - do they inform the registrar or whoever straight away or do they submit all of the votes together? Basically if I wanted to change my vote, could I? Any info would be very helpful! Thx

Re: Holders Please Read Urgently Exactly, relates to nominal value.
Reply Post at the other place (LSE) from Peter - it's a reply from Director to the action group. Have to say, there is NOTHING in his reply that convinces me to vote yes to resolutions.I believe forcing wind up and sale is the best chance of at least a gain from here.
